We enjoyed our stay at Millennium Queenstown. We were impressed with the room and how spacious they are. The location is walkable to Queenstown lake area. I would choose to stay here again in future.

We had such a comfortable stay with my husband and 2 girls age 1 and 4. Beds are super comfy, staff are friendly and I love that we could also cast to the tv especially having Netflix to cast our daughter’s favourite shows. The location was even better, so close to the town centre. Would stay again on our next visit. Thank you also so much to the house keepers for always making our beds, changing sheets and towels. The food from your restaurant was delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Millennium Hotel.

The front office staff were friendly and helpful. I could even borrow an umbrella from the hotel as the day rained a lot when I needed to go out on some activities. The check in and out was smooth. There was a free shuttle available every hour and that made it very convenient for customers to go downtown and back as the hotel is located on uphill. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was of easy access to nearby lakeside trails for walking around.

The hotel is in a good location but there is no view from our room and it is dated. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We asked for a late checkout but was only given 30 minutes. Overall it is a good place to stay while exporing Queenstown.

Pretty basic food, but fine. No microwave in the bedrooms which is a real shame and you cant use the kitchen on either if you had little babies that needed something heated it wouldnt suit
