Nice hotel with superb view. We stayed here for one night only, and we wish we could stay longer. The place close to restaurant and shops. This place also accommodate halal food.

I have separate bookings for this hotel in my trip and the staff was very helpful to arrange the rooms of my various booking. I booked the lake view deluxe room and suite and the view is wonderful. The location of the hotel is very convenient and close to city centre, supermarket, hot spring centre and local tour gathering point. The rooms are comfortable. Tea bags were refilled daily.
Only problem is some hairs were found in the bath tub.

我住的是湖景suite,約是15～20坪左右，睡房在樓下，客廳、餐廳及開放式廚房在二樓，廚房裡的廚具、餐具、鍋碗瓢盆、杯具一應俱全
另外，二樓還有個陽台，可眺望湖景超美的，推薦大家來紐西蘭蒂卡波湖(Lake Tekapo)可以考慮住這一間

早上出门前挂了打扫房间的吊牌，结果晚上回来根本没有打扫。然后前台说要打扫房间需要跟前台预约，既然如此为什么要在门把手上挂那个吊牌。另外那个房间太小了，出乎意料之外，行李箱都没地方放，随便一家汽车旅馆的房间都比它大。

可惜不知是否是入住的旅客多，清理房間的速度有待加強，許多客人都被延遲入住時間，早餐較為普通
