The staff were wonderful. Communicated well. For a person who isn't used to the location, I had a little difficulty finding the main entrance, but, overall, I made a good decision staying with Quest Albany

Great location away from the busyness of Auckland. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, cafes and restaurants within walking distance plus a nice park behind the hotel to go for a stroll. New world grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive away. Our room was fairly spacious, comfortable king sized bed and nice to have a full size washer and separate dryer in our room.

The alarm was set for the middle of the night and woke me up. I thought I'd turned it off only for it to go again so I unplugged it.

Great location away from the busyness of Auckland. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, cafes and restaurants within walking distance plus a nice park behind the hotel to go for a stroll. New world grocery store is a quick 5 minute drive away. Our room was fairly spacious, comfortable king sized bed and nice to have a full size washer and separate dryer in our room.

Great location to shopping centre, you can either walk or drive.
Check-in was easy, went smoothly.
My down side was the pillows were to hard and big for my liking, but that's only my preference. Over all lovely place.

Quest Albany has been a great place to stay for over the last 10 years for us when ever we return to NZ. To be honest it's our best kept secret and we really don't want anyone else finding out about it

This place is ok. Nothing bad nor particularly special. Adding $10/day for parking was a bit annoying as you can basically just leave you car on the street outside at no cost and it’s not a dangerous neighbourhood.

Nice roomy units we had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, heaps of room . Was very handy for us as we had a function up at matakana and also wanted to have access to shopping and cafes the rest of our stay . Very friendly helpful staff , have stayed before and will again
