入住第二天早上出门后，客房清洁人员去清洁房间，晚上回到房间发现我们两个房间，一个房间冰箱里面的收费瓶装水被打开，另一个房间冰箱里面无缘无故多出来半瓶牛奶，而且放在房间里的行李箱上的密码锁被人调动过。去跟酒店反应沟通，酒店多次更换员工问我们同样的问题，每个工作人员都回答我们不用担心，没什么事，根本没有解决问题的态度。最后经过多次协商，经理在得知我们行程计划要去坐飞机离开的情况下，回答我们如果要解决问题，他们要去查看监控，这可能需要1-2天的时间，要求我们在酒店多停留1-2天，不然没有任何办法。这是遇到过最糟糕的酒店，根本没有要处理问题的态度，员工及经理觉得，东西被动过，水被打开，多出来不知道是谁的半瓶牛奶这都不是问题，很正常。

Whilst the property advertises parking, it should be noted the configuration is extremely poor i.e. one vehicle parked in front of another with no alternative exit for the car in front. As this results on the risk of the vehicle being trapped, I observed guests parking across both spots to prevent this. As such, there were often no designated parks available for us upon returning to the hotel each evening.

Great Location, Great staff. We stayed for 4 nights in July and we were upgraded to a tower suite which so lovely. The room was spacious and with the added lounge on the second floor made for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.
