We have stayed here for four nights. The room is large and have a view of the lake. Hotel staffs are helpful. It has a large kitchen which allows you to cook as an alternative to dining outside. One draw back is that a tiny surcharge will be imposed on credit card payment on site.

We spent one night there before going back to our country. We booked the cheapest room and it was a disaster. We were given a small room without any air conditioning, and a huge pillar in the middle of the living room. There was only a tiny window hidden inside the bedroom. There wasn't any bit of fresh air inside. We called the reception but they said the cheapest room was like that. As my family member has asthma we couldn't stay there any longer. We took everything downstairs and found that two other families had the problem like us. It took us another hour to wait for another room. Although the new room was ok, we were just too tired to go to any other places.
Last but not the least, we paid NZ200+ for that night. We definitely won't stay there again.
