聖詹姆斯公寓飯店

Hotel is good but the reception is terrible, she is alone and stays in another room after the reception, whenever guests come, she comes out and brings the documents & credit card into the secret room, we can’t see how she’s doing in the room. She arranges mr room be the only one on ground floor with all of the cars parking. I know she has other rooms but she refuses to change my room, she makes an execuse all rooms are booked, I knows she doesn’t want to change. I feel terrible on her services and arrangement, she impresses me much more than the hotel

The apartment is spacious and it’s very convenient to every attractions! Appreciate the heater provided in the bathroom, definitely had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

房間比較舊，有洗衣房的公寓酒店，但只有一套洗衣及烘衣機，實在排不上洗衣烘衣，如同無這項設備服務，因為是公寓式酒店，所以服務人員並非24小時，（9:30am to 17:30pm),如在此時間外要找人，必須打電話，這家公寓式酒店的唯一好處就是離皇后鎮的中心近，很方便，其他部分看個人感覺了，我個人認為一晚要價約NZ$300元，CP值是不值啦！

地理位置不錯，停在皇后鎮可以徒步去跑行程 做為自駕遊開車的人可以放鬆的點 廚房用品稍微簡陋，但是皇后鎮很多吃的，所以也沒關係～

staff check in for us is nice (male). Good location, direct connect to town centre. room is clean, 2nd floor setting is good, but ground floor is bad, 1 twin bed room size ok but another twin room is a bit small. only dining room have air conditioner, but all room no air conditioner, so we open the windows but many insect such as mosquitoes and spider come in, is really bad if u stay in summer.

This is the worst hotel I have ever had in New Zealand. If I rate it, I will only give two points for the location. First, the Chinese female receptionist was totally unfriendly and impatient.  we asked if she could speak Chinese.  she answered she could.  we asked her questions in Chinese, but she still answered it in English, and very fast speed.  Room 204 just like a hell.  bad telephone, broken Oven, years of disrepair sofa bed.  Before I booked, I remarked my 15 year old son will stay with our couple.  the antique sofa bed just like a springs net. it's almost broken, no one can sleep on that.  Futhermore,  Room 204 was just next to the elevator.  the elevator shared the same wall with the room.  when the door opened or closed.  it's just like an earthquake.  our family can not sleep until midnight 2 o'clock.  at that night I tried to contact with the reception to change room, just find the telephone in room can not be used. there's no signal tone at all. I made an international phone call to them, but they refused to change because of no available rooms. However I checked on website. it still can make reservation. Next morning when we checked out, nobody presented in the reception until 10 am.  but the notice said their office time is from 9 am.  How hilarious.  it's a really bad experience. we checked out immediately although we booked 2 nights.  we do not want the bad experience to influence our pleasant trip in New Zealand.

Room is clean and comfortable, just few minutes walk can reach to town center. It was a nice stay. 房間大且乾淨舒適，後院就能走路到市區，附近有24小時的便利商店。廚房鍋具餐具齊全開伙方便。

微波爐無法使用

浴室熱水是鍋爐燒的，用完要等兩小時才能有熱水

很好，地理位置好，位于镇中心，有自己停车库，停车方便，房间设施齐全，有厨房，就是网络有些慢，总体很满意

這次3大2小入住行政房，地理位置算很棒，離超巿也很近，後門走出去很近就可到達湖邊。 內部就是一個家該有的設備了。

The room is spacious. The size of TV is big. The kitchen ware is quite full.

工作人員態度很好，但大部份時間接待處都沒有職員當值 洗衣服收費比其他酒店貴 泊車比較麻煩，停車位略窄

we lived in the penthouse. it is large and clean. Also, we have lake view. accessible location to town and super market. value for money!

距離市區很近方便用餐、購物，空間大。增加的單人床，看起來很陽春，隔音不是很好，當隔壁在使用浴室時，可以聽到管路的聲音。

酒店真的真的很差，感觉就像一个旧的老年公寓改造的。入住时前台连人都找不到。房间隔音很差，厨房抽屉里的餐具不干净，床也很不舒服，房间的家具像是一些旧家具拼凑出来的。总之是一次很不舒服的住宿体验。完全不值得推荐。

We stayed for one night, Executive Room 1 Bedroom unit, the rooms are very spacious and clean, very helpful staff, Good location. Stayed March 2017, travelled with friends, I would certainly recommend this place.
