We were very impressed with our stay here. Room was just lovely. Couldn't fault it. And the staff were happy and friendly. Great place.

This property had been renovated to a high standard 2 years ago very roomy the bathroom was fully tiled and all the furniture was nice the bed was top quality and comes with a kitchenette. Also very handy location in Takapuna. Looking forward to our next stay.

I have stayed here before in another room which was excellent.
The room for this stay was not great for older people.
Had to wash dishes in the bathroom.Floor was wet area and I thought dangerous.Thefloor took a long time to dry.
I would only stay here again if I booked the right room.

The facility is undergoing major works (two storey addition, with scaffolding). My room (ground floor) was nicely renovated, the kitchette was odd - cups and plates at floor level on shelf (I literally resorted to a bowl for my Uber eats as I could not get to the undelying plates), and little bench space. Had to rinse my dishes in the bathroom basin. Wifi was very poor strenght.

Check in was fast & the receptionist was friendly.
The shower pressure was awesome, just be careful of the hot water heat.
The room was clean & tidy & I didn't hear any noise from other guests (although I think there was only 1 other staying at the time).
Convenient location.
The bed was too hard.
