Really friendly and helpful staff. There were a few little things like remote not working in the room which when that is how you find out the dinning options etc was frustrating also the shower was broken. Only 1 of the shower heads worked. Luckily my partner knew how to fix it but just not something you expect in place you pay sp much for.

閑散期で空いていたせいか、部屋は一見綺麗そうであったが、バスエリアのアメニティのホコリがすごくて少しがっかりした。
とにかく部屋が寒く、暖房機能はまったく効いてなかった。別の日に泊まった部屋も同じだった。
