我入住的是Lake front suites,景色實在美呆了！！
房子內一應俱全，什麼設備都有，無論是廚具、鍋碗瓢盆刀叉…非常齊全，洗衣、烘衣機都有，值得大家選擇入住的好Villa,實在讚👍！！！

在穷游游记里看到很多人推荐大涞阁，所以我们选择在这里呆3天。总体感觉不错，位置确实好，所有房间都有湖景，离镇中心大约2公里，时间充裕的话可以沿湖边步道走过去（此处强烈建议大家不要开车进去镇中心，真的很难停车，我们有天因为时间较紧开车进镇，结果一直找不到合适的车位，最后超时停了一个车位，被开了罚单）。厨房设施非常齐全，卫生间装修很高级，工作人员很热情周到，还为我们的蜜月旅行特意布置了卧室。但是，不得不说这个酒店还有很多细节与它的价格并不相称：1、洗澡水是我们此行在新西兰见过最小的，而且如果洗澡的同时还有别处在用水，洗澡水会变得更小，洗澡时几乎要贴到墙上；2、两个蓝牙音箱，一个只能插安卓手机，另一个只能插iphone4，完全没办法用；3、入住时工作人员演示了壁炉使用方法，但晚上想用时发现壁炉是坏的，虽然工作人员后来派人来修，但还是有两个晚上没用上；4、卧室的电暖器一开始还好用，第二天晚上开的时候突然坏了，电闸也跳了，不知道怎么回事；5、卫生间的垃圾桶没有及时清理。等等。如果这些细节可以做得更好，会让客人体验更好。

這次到Queenstown滑雪，選擇在拉戈別墅飯店住三天，很好的view，離市區很近，房子的隔音和保暖性也都很棒，暖氣充足，三個臥室和客廳分散在三層樓，缺點是只有最下一層樓有衛浴，最上層樓上廁所要爬很多樓梯，還有一個缺點是wifi非常慢，慢到令人抓狂的程度。

It’s amazing view there. We enjoy stays there for few days….the only one thing would share is the lock box can’t open during self check in but luckily we had Savanah came to share the master key and she also present a compensation for such inconvenience. That’s good.

酒店所处位置距离镇中心有些距离，但因此特别适合蜜月度假，房间依坡而建，加之阳台和落地玻璃无敌湖景尽收眼中，晚上观星拍照也是极好的！房间设施齐全（壁炉，洗碗机，洗衣机，烘干机）一切你所需要的都有，房内干净整洁，令人十分愉悦。主人服务热情周到，一样一样教我们使用房内的各类设备。唯一不足之处，就是停车位比较紧张，而且坡度很陡比较难停，搬运行李也比较困难。

靠湖美景盡收眼底，入了就大聲喂了一聲，實在太美了！共有三層，上層一間房，最下層共有兩間房，洗手間都在最下層。
廳＆房都很乾淨，外面冰冷但內面很溫暖，因廳中有一個火爐。廚房設備也很齊全，非常喜歡這間別墅酒店！

The apartment was stunning with the fireplace and views the highlights. Communication was on point with the venue and keys easy to find. The stairs could be a problem for solo travellers like me having to carry their suitcase down 3 flights of stairs. Overall I loved my stay here - it was home away from home.

We really liked our stay here stunning views and great location for walks along the lake it was a little expensive but the views make up for that.
Does have a few little cons.. the outdoor stairs didnt have lighting so was hard to see arriving at 11pm at night with suitcases.
We ran out of toilet paper half way through our stay(they did supply more when i asked for more)but they said they supply a starter pack and its up to the customer to buy there own after that which for the money your paying you would expect at least enough supply.small things like this go a far way.
All in all 4/5.

Good from view point. If you have your own car it’s a good location. It is situated between airport and city. Services are third party arrangement so don’t expect any services as such. Be fully stocked with food items that you would like to prepare.
If you are wanting to stay in the room and relax and not worry about household duties then book a proper hotel or else be ready to clean the room and rubbish run on your own.
There is no room service as such. It’s like a holiday home where you are the guest and you are the caretaker of your villa. Bit of a work on a vacation too but the view was good.
There can be other options with all the amenities and services that one will be after if travelling from other city to relax so don’t book in haste book only after knowing your priorities and don’t get carried away with the view and the location.
