Friendly welcome. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Accommodation was comfortable and very warm. Bar area was a great place to relax and play some games with my 6year old.
Dinner was tasty. Breakfast was good. Enough choice for our family. Great value accommodation.

北极地区住宿都很贵，这家价格还可接受。带早餐，其中番茄鱼最好吃，也有新鲜水果。到镇中心步行得20分钟。机场大巴在这里是最后一站。只是床太窄。

Considerando che in estate c'è il sole 24/7 potrebbero installare delle tende idonee: le fessure non permettono di dormire se non si ha un sonno veramente pesante.
Isolamento acustico tra stanze inesistente.
Posizione: bisogna camminare 40 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Longyearbyen.
Colazione: bisogna arrivare fra i primi per poter trovare il bacon. Il pane viene afferrato da tutti per poter essere tagliato. Nessun cibo ha un coperchio e dentro ci può entrare di tutto.
La cena costa circa 25 euro escluse bevande ma è davvero deludente.
In sintesi: costa davvero meno rispetto a tutte le altre strutture ma i motivi sono evidenti.

The hotel states "airport shuttle" as part of the booking but know you will need to pay for the city bus that stops at the hotel. It's definitely a walk to downtown, and with luggage, a taxi or bus is very highly recommended.
Other than that, the rooms were nice and it was an affordable option if you don't mind being somewhat secluded from the other parts of town. Breakfast included was a nice amenity!
