房間寬敞、地點很好

Good value. It was quiet in March. Rooftop area which would be nice in summer but saw the northern lights from.

10 minute walk from the train station. We arrived late at night, and the room we booked actually had a repair need. We ended up in a slighlty different room amd got free breakfast for the inconvenience. The staff were all very friendly.

So smelly, specially in the reception area.

O quarto estava limpo, mas a mesa acoplada à parede para colocar o computador, estava quebrada. Faltou banos de cama e travesseiro e tivemos de solicitar. O funcionário os levou até o quarto. É localizado. Tem cozinha e na mesma rua tem um supermercado Jokei que vende comida pré-pronta e em conta. Nao gostei de uma das atendentes, que fui rude no atendimento.

Hotel is well located within easy walking distance of plenty of shops, bars, restaurants etc The room was a bit more compact that expected, although it was the size listed on this website (14sqm) the photos of rooms have a different layout to the room we got which made them look more spacious, eg we had to walk sideways to get into the far side of the bed as there was approx 1ft of space around the bed - this also left a bit of a quandary where to leave our suitcase as there wasn't really any storage space for clothes. I also had a mild panic when on the toilet as I couldn't see any toilet roll - the toilet roll holder was bizarrely UNDER the sink. However the shower was fantastic and the room was clean and quiet and good temperature. Not sure what was going on with the bed, but the bedsheet was not much larger than the mattress topper (approx 2" deep, where as you'd normally expect a bed sheet to fit around a standard entire mattress?) which meant every morning it had come loose which was mildly annoying. The TV had a mix of Norwegian and Swedish TV channels some of which showed English language programs, but it did not seem possible to cast your phone to the TV. There was a good amount of plug sockets in the room. Worth noting (i feel, as I've never encountered a lock system like this), that when you leave the room it does not lock automatically, you have to push the handle up then hold your keycard to the door to lock it, we did self check-in so unaware of this quirk.

Fomos alocados em um quarto com uma cama claramente não sendo adequada para um casal. Não havia sequer uma mesa no quarto, mesmo constando nas fotos do quarto escolhido. Como o quarto provavelmente era individual, havia somente 1 travesseiro e 1 toalha de banho. Solicitei mais um jogo e a recepcionista prontamente forneceu. Como reparação ao erro, fomos presenteados com café da manhã grátis. Um bom gesto, mas preferiríamos uma noite de sono agradável. Foi uma decepção, visto que a reserva estava confirmada há 8 meses.

Bra läge med många restauranger och butiker i närheten. Väldigt trevlig personal! Kan hög rekommendera.

Enkel standard og grei pris. Veldig lytt ut til gangen.
