Enter Amalie Hotel

Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place

I had a terrible experience with Enter Amalie in Tromso. i have been staying with Enter properties for a while, and booked it since they carry a decent reputation, however, when i arrived, the room assigned to me was not made up and housekeeping was not done for the room. i had to drive to viking hotel to change my room, and the new room they gave me had people in them. Both they and we were terrified by this experience. It took was 2 hours and 4 trips to finally get a decent room inside viking hotel at 2 am in the night. This was the worst decision of our norway trip. Definitely not worth the pain!!

Et flott hotell sentralt i byen. Hotellet preges av litt slitasje, men pris/ytelse står i tråd med forventningene. Ekstra pluss for super trivelige ansatte i resepsjonen - spesielt den hyggelige ungarske damen og den spesielt serviceorienterte spanjolen. Begge to yter service utover hva man kan forvente.

Very convenient, placed in the heart of Oslo. No staff at the reception at 6p.m.Jt lacks a good maintenance

We enjoyed our stay as four travelers. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing and the facilities were clean. The only issue was the bunk bed in our room for 4 people. I was unlucky enough to volunteer to sleep in the top bed. The bed was extremely fragile. It bent and made horrible noises when I tried to climb and lay there. I was sure it will collapse and crush the fellow traveler under me. I was forced to take the mattress off and sleep on the floor. There was no warning that the room is designed for young children and the bunk bed cannot support normal weighing adults. We had never encountered such bunk bed before despite having always stayed in 4 people rooms in our travels.

Første rommet vi fikk hadde vi en uheldig hendelse med møte med skjeggkre. Vi gikk dermed ned og kommenterte dette og fikk oppgradering der vi fikk en leilighet. Alt i alt fornøyd, men noe dårlig frokost utvalgt sett pris på selve frokost.

Veldig bra, har bodd hær mange ganger

Badet manglet "propp" i vasken. Måtte derfor ha rennende vann isft i vasken. Selv om vi begge snakker ok engelsk mener jeg at alle i resepsjonen bør kunne gjøre seg forstått på (og forstå) norsk i Norge.

Very tasty breakfast, wonderful staff, easy walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Bra hotell i forhold til pris. Sentral og rolig beliggenhet. Det var flere feil som ble rettet på en god måte. Fontenen ute burde enkelt kunne vært renset. God service. Manglet noe på ivaretakelsen av helheten.
