Hotel locates in the city centre which easily reachable by airport bus. The room was clean and tidy with all the kitchen utensils available for cooking a meal. Bathroom floor equip with heater to keep your feet warm for bathing. Washing machine and dryer was free to use. Reception was also helpful.

It located at the city centre of tromso, close to the fly bus station, supermarket and main shopping street. The room is large enough for two people with basic utencils and a small kitchen, it is tidy, clean and quiet. Though no breakfast included, you may cook or have it downstairs, there are many restaurants nearby. If you are looking for a apartment with kitchen, it is definitely a good choice.
The fly bus stop to and from the airport just located across the street (in front of Grand Hotel).

This is the best hotel in Tromso, we stayed in studio room, it do really feels like home. We cook ourselves, very nice experience. We booked a car and the cheapest parking is just next to hotel ($120nok /24hr)! And all staffs are super nice and helpful . Our booking via Expedia have some problems , we booked 3nights but the first 2nights there have no rooms, staffs tried the best to arrange another hotel in the peak season. Anyway , better to double confirm by email if you booking via Expedia.

The hotel itself is a bit torn down. The floor of room is dirty when we checked-in. The bedding and pillow is not comfortable. Out of the most, the biggest concern that I had is the exhaust of the kitchen. It is true that it is a kitchen equipped with all necessary tools/equipment that you need, however, the exhaust is just too weak and I can still smell the cooking smell after my 2 days stay. Overall stay is satisfactory with great location but I will highly encourage and recommend the hotel to do some improvement for the exhaust.
