Väldigt trevlig och välkomnande personal. God frukost. Ett speciellt och unikt boende skulle gärna återvända. Rekommenderar varmt.

Hesla Gård (Farm) is so charming. There has been great care in preserving the historic buildings, the lodging is clean and very comfortable, and the inn hosts are wonderful. Easy walk to town (10 min) and to local sites, such as the Gol Church, and to hiking trails. I look forward to my next visit!

Fantastisk flott sted! Ligia (vert / eier) gjorde oppholdet enda hyggeligere med sin omtanke og fantastiske service. Dette er et sted jeg kommer tilbake til igjen ved neste anledning. Et perfekt stoppested om man kjører seg en tur mellom Oslo og Bergen!

Var på besøk hos familie, trengte overnatting

Beautifully converted old tradition farm house. Clean, warm and good kitchen and bathroom. However, when I booked it, I thought the breakfast is included, but there was an automatic message came in straight away ask if I need breakfast. I sent multiple messages during 2 weeks time with no answer at all. At the time we get there, we were told breakfast is not included, it will be 400NOK per person.

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold. Ble tatt godt imot og fikk en leilighet som passet oss ypperlig. Det var en veldig usjenert uteplass med utsyn til to beitende ponnier. Stort og fint og alle mulige hjelpemidler. Her måtte man trives. Og de ansatte var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Absolutt et sted å anbefale. Da vi hadde vært tilstede i en vielse i kirken var dette et ypperlig sted å slappe av noen dager etterpå før hjemreise. Må anbefales noe helt annet enn et vanlig overnattingsted.

Flott nostalgisk sted i gangavstand fra sentrum. Gode senger og alt en trenger av kjøkkenutstyr for et kort opphold.

Wat een leuke oude huisjes, heel authentiek. Leuke vriendelijke ontvangst. Bed had een beetje een kuil. Een lekkere hamburger gegeten. Helaas vonden we het gouden ei niet (eieren zoeken ivm Pasen). Bedankt voor deze leuke ervaring!

For en fantastisk opplevelse! Det idylliske hotellet har en unik atmosfære, spesielt med den spennende bruken av en gammel låve. Stedet oser av sjel – virkelig utrolig mye sjel! Alt er velholdt og nøye ivaretatt, noe som skaper en lun og autentisk stemning. Dette er absolutt et sted som er verdt et besøk, og jeg kommer veldig gjerne tilbake!

Lovely cute cabin/hut set near Gol. Very warm and welcoming owner. The hut is very clean and tidy but is somewhat small. Anyone tall will have to bend a lot. That said, it was warm inside and cosy and the surrounding area very beautiful.

The property had no record or a reservation for us. Fortunately, they did have a room, just not one of the picturesque stabburs.

Helt underbar stuga som är 400 år gamla, doch har de moderna sakerna som sattes in, fungerade einte lika bra såsom dusch, den läkte ut så hela golvet var blött.

Veldig fint sted med hyggelige folk og god frokost

Vertinnen er i en « klasse for seg» søt, vennlig skarp i blikket og utrolig varm i hjertet! Må oppleves!

Probably my worst paid accommodation ever. I booked and paid my room approx 1 month ago based on pictures and reviews. When I arrived they’d lost my reservation. Got a room after all, but it looked nowhere close to pictures presented at Hotels.com, The standard was completely worn down. It was in the basement of a tired house located 150-200 yards from the reception at Hesla Gard , and in between was a construction site. The house was maybe from the sixties and, and I don’t think much has been done to the apartment since. There was a TV, but it didn’t work. It was cold and I tried to put on some heat, but the only thing that worked was the bathroom floor. I only checked glasses in the kitchen and they were so dirty that nobody would consider dinking from them without doing the dishes first. Furniture was old and tired, but nothing like antiques. Bathroom carpet so old and dirty that it should be burned. They have a kitchen, but had no place for me for dinner. Breakfast was similar but, but I was offed a ”quick breakfast “ consisting of coffee and a waffle. I skipped it and will definitely drive past this place next time.
