Fine romslige rom. Hyggelig personale. Ok mat i restauranten. God frokost. Veldig trivelig resepsjonsområde meg gode muligheter for å drikke noe varmt «på huset» og slappe av med en god bok. Ønsket meg litt bedre merking av mulighet for å benytte trapp mellom etasjene. Fint å oppfordre til bruk av trapper som alternativ til heis 💪

Receptionists were friendly in the morning before we checked out. However, I noticed the door had gaps to see the sunlight from the room before opened the door after check in. I went downstairs to talk to the receptionist the problem around 10p.m., she came to see the gap of the door and she felt nothing. Moreover, the room was full of dust and kettle got rusty terribly with dust. She said, there was no new kettle and all the kettles were the same with rust! I was surprised the feedback she gave. The first impression was not so well for the first stay.

The cleaning was no good, did not throw away pieces of rubbish, or change glasses that was used. The bed was not made. The fridge was out of order, and it took 2 days before it was fixed. So not the best service unfortunately.

A new hotel, that is fine. But towels are not of the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Towels appers worn and don’t smell good. It is difficult to judge if the towels are clean from the cleanery. You should find another provider of towel cleaning, having traveled the world I think these towels belong at 2 stars hotell and below
