酒店前台很好，可以根据客人的喜好调整房间，想住高一点的话也能调。标准间有个别房间大，遇到了也可以调整。 酒店最好的是管早餐和简单的晚餐，如果不是必须要体验当地美食的话，酒店的两顿餐就可以解决了，早餐种类非常丰富，各种火腿，鸡蛋，还有特色鱼类食品，甜点饮料水果也不少。整体体验感还是很不错的。

房間舒適，早餐食物款式豐富，員工熱情親切，好與住客閒聊。酒店位置就在市中心附近，乘機場巴士下車，步行不久就能到達，酒店大門出來向左走約三十步就有一間超市，很方便。真心向大家推介此酒店！

Dernière nuit à Tromsø, et en Norvège. Hôtel de très bonne qualité et au centre-ville. Un bon choix au buffet du petit déjeuner avant de partir pour l'aéroport.

The hotel was overall good – clean, comfortable room and a tasty breakfast with a decent variety. I was quite happy with my stay… until Sunday morning. At 4:30 AM, the fire alarm went off. And no, there was no fire. It was just a drill. Yes, a planned fire drill. At 4:30. In the morning. On a Sunday. Naturally, all guests had to evacuate and wait outside for about 30 minutes. But hey, it was summer, so at least it was light out and wonderfully warm – the perfect time to stand around in your pajamas, half-asleep, bonding in silence with other bewildered travelers! Needless to say, that was an unforgettable touch to an otherwise peaceful stay.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, convenient

Vi betalade för ett dubbelrum men det kändes som att det var ett enkelrum. En lampa fanns i sängen. Ett bord vid sängen. Ett uttag för laddning. Ingen papper och penna fanns. Ett tjutande ljud hördes om man tände vissa lampor från fel kontakt. Kortet till rummet slutade plötsligt fungera. Jag hade väntat mig betydligt mer av frukosten efter att besökt Thon i Kirkenes där frukosten var fantastisk. Vi blev riktigt besvikna och är glada att vi bara bokade en natt.

We got a hotel room last minute when our plane was cancelled. Service and the rooms were satisfactory and we were very happy with the breakfast, but found the price very high - price for value is really questionable.

Lovely hotel with a great location I stayed 5 night March 2025. The hotel is located downtown Tromsø within a short distance of “everything”. The check in was quick and efficient. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and a couple of chairs , a coffee table and a desk. Good WiFi excellent breakfast with so much to choose from. Another nice surprise was the evening meal buffet served in the hotel breakfast salon. All in all it was a wonder stay in an excellent hotel.

Centralt placeret. Ingen trafiklarm overhovedet. Desværre var der alt for varmt på værelset og ingen synlige muligheder for at regulere varmen ud over at åbne vinduet. Glimrende morgenmad. Glimrende kollektive transportmuligheder i Tromsø.

Very expensive stay - breakfast average - staff great. Small bedroom but large bathroom.

Centralt beliggende hotel med super morgenbuffet. Værelserne er små så der er lidt trangt, når man har to store kufferter. Rengøringen var lidt ustabil.

Alles hat prima geklappt. Engagiertes Petsonal. Prima Frühstück.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Unsere beiden Buchungen wurden problemlos korrelier, so dass kein Zimmerwechsel notwendig wurde. Sehr freundliches Pwrsonal und prima Frühstück. Eir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

I loved the hotel overall and its location in Tromso. Unfortunately, there was no electrical outlet near the bed for my Cpap machine and I had to run a cord all across the room to use it. A trip hazard and not comfortable.

Location is nice and convinient. Our room was nice and clean. Didn’t have soap in the shower but we found a housekeeping lady who replaced it. Breakfast was quite nice with lots of options! We didn’t get to try the evening meal because we were out. I had to do laundry and it is VERY EXPENSIVE at about $20 a kg!!! This is the only thing I really didn’t like about the hotel. No other options around town so plan accordingly!

This location was very convenient. Everything is walking distance. Plus breakfast was amazing. I truly enjoyed staying here. Staff are very helpful. I am glad I chose this hotel.
