Absolutely shocking service, I had to go down and complain 4 times as they had building works going on next door to our room and we could not get the rest and sleep that we should get after a long flight.
The breakfast buffet also gave me and my family food poisoning..
I had friends that came after a few days in the same hotel and they also had very severe food poisoning. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..
If you do stay there, stay away from the breakfast

My stay was exceptional. The room was kept in great condition by housekeeping, front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful, guest services was attentive and warm and the cafe staff was friendly and on point with service. A few names I want to specifically highlight:
