Everything was great. Great staff. Secure. Nice views.

Overall, a good hotel. Very spacious rooms loved the brewery in the lobby. Great craft beer. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I heard it was good. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Only 20 minutes from the airport. I would stay there again.

I have stayed at Aloft before and its generally pleasant. In this case it was terrible. Here's a short list of why: 1. The lobby staff was very unfriendly. They had bad attitudes and acted bothered just to have to do their job and check us in. 2. The room we were given had a broken air conditioner. We had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. 3. The room also had an automatic light switch with a sensor in the bathroom that turned on and off every 5-10 seconds making it impossible to use the restroom or shower. Whose idea was that? 4. We were moved to another room with a normal switch, which also had a broken thermostat. It was either on permanently (which made the room extremely cold) or off permanently (which made it extremely hot). 5. Both rooms smelled like mold and mildew. 6. There are no drawers in the room and likewise no stand to put my luggage on (which is standard in pretty much every hotel room in the world). 7. The internet was so painfully slow that at times it didn't even work at all. Our experience was overall terrible.

Arrived at 3:50pm and room was not ready. Asked for a bottle of water while waiting was ignored. Did not get room until 4:15pm after demanding it .

Amazing staff, super clean and spacious room. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know. Genuinely loved this place.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

My only real complaint is the lack of dining options. The Red restaurant was closed more than it was open and the breakfast menu was rather limited. Other than that, I had no complaints.

Easy stay for job trip

First I booked a room with a view of the city, but the view they gave me was to a wall. The first day of arrival there was no water in the hotel. Then the room had a bad smell of septic well.

Great place to stay if your traveling with family.

I was somewhat disappointed with the Aloft Housekeeping. They always forgot something needed in the room. One day, they left no bottled water; the second day, they did not provide toilet paper; and the third day, they forgot to leave face and hand towels. Of course, the Front Desk was very helpful in solving the issues. The bed was fine, the TV worked ok, and the working desk was good enough to work. Breakfast was okay, but I did not expect a great deal. The people were friendly and helpful. Parking was fine.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable with city views, and breakfast was delicious.
