Overall the proerty was very nice the staff and i service was very good. I would definitely stay there again

En términos de atención me fue muy bien. Muy cordiales y atentos. Sin embargo hay cosas que no mencionan a la hora de reservar. No hay neveras en los hoteles, ni vasos, y no te dan juego de toallas. En vez de toallas para las manos y la cara, te dan Kleenex. No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel, mucho menos por más de un par de días.

I like that is very centric but I think the hotel needs some improvements already.

There were roaches in the lobby and dining room....

Limpia, aunque algunas areas descidadas, olor a humedad, barato.

The staff and manager was very nice, accommodating and helpful. However, hotel needs to remove all carpeting, purchase more towels, upgrade AC thermostats so that they work properly unless you enjoy 57 temperatures.

The staff was excellent love them ❤️. Food was great at the restaurant. Bed comfort needs upgrading and rooms.

Everyone who worked at the hotel was very kind and helpful. But the room itself seemed dirty and uncared for.

It’s the second time , they advertised as a newly renovated. The true is different. Bath towel are old and stained, it’s the only towel provided, no other size towels and you have to ask multiple times get change . Fridge no working , and they try to charge me for the ice . Overall is located in a safe area , but the hotel need renovations and towels . New Towels .

Nice clean ambiance

My family and I were scheduled for 2 nights. When we checked in were told to park and bring our bags into a maze that took us through a restaurant area while rolling our bags. Got to our rooms on the 6 floor into humid and smelly rooms. I knew it was not going to be a pleasant stay since suffer from allegies. Everything in the room looked like scary seen. Nasty carpet, bathtub was super dated and durty, furniture from god knows when, mattress was terrible. We had no choice but to stay since it was too late to find something else. They charge for breakfast but they measure your servings and the restaurant area where they serve the breakfast is so hot the cheese was melted. The coffee was super water down. After this terrible experience we only stayed one night. All around close this place down and whoever owns it, you should be ashamed putting peoples health in jeopardy.

El personal muy amable en general la reserva muy bien y fácil check in y check out pero los cuartos con la alfombra sucia y demasiado olor a humedad, finalmente el último día salía temprano y a pesar que el desayuno estaba disponible no me dejaron tomarlo aún faltado solo 10 minutos para iniciar
