Overall the stay was okay, what I didn’t like was, I had booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds, however I was given a room with 2 double beds, which I should have been given what I paid for. The front desk staff tried their very best to get it sorted but wasn’t able to get a room with Queen beds, also the housekeeper Carolina Wellington was awesome!

The hotel was very nice but we never did have hot water in the bathroom the whole time we were there.

This hotel just didn’t suited me at all

Check-in was fine rooms are big and spacious bathrooms are too small and it needs lots of updated. There is no light in the small dining area overlooking the pool side. The pictures on the website to doesn’t look like what you see in person.

The staff was very nice and helpful the hotel very modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very fresh and clean environment. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

I did not get the room i reserved, the bathroom was flooded when i got into the room, there were no towels and we we told we would have to come to the front desk to get some, i books two queen beds and a pull out couch and got two small beds and no pull out.

We had a great time! Everyone was very friendly, even with the language barrier (our fault, of course). The only complaint I have is the water pressure in our room’s bathroom/shower. It wasn’t really great, but a minor issue since the room was exactly as described/pictured. Thank you for having us!

My stay at this hotel has been a disaster from I woke up the next morning after checking in that evening. When daylight was up I saw how old the room was and how bad of a condition it was in…walls, air conditioning vents and windows were dirty especially the ac vent. This room I booked is supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room but the bathroom is only accessible to the point we’re only your wheelchair can fit in it that’s all no other features. also can someone tell me why would they put the phone up on the wall by the tv away from near the bed away from the nightstand in a wheelchair accessible room in order for me to call them I have to make my way in the wheelchair if I’m in bed to go to the phone that I can hardly reach due to it being up a bit high on the wall by the tv. when I first came in the room it was so cold tried to fix the temperature but come to find out I’m unable to be because the monitor was broken and it took them like three days to fix it you can literally smell the musky smell in the rooms I had to got out and buy a diffuser for the room, there was no mirror in the room the bedside lamp was twisted and deformed and not plugged in and the socket for the lamp is hardly visible and when I first came to the hotel I paid in full for three separate rooms for me and my family all due to the lies “misleading misinformation” they have up on the hotel website and third party websites prompted me to book said hotel I will never ever ever come back here

Overall the property was clean. The rooms had some faults like the draws not staying close and have to slam the room door to get it to close. Some rooms even have the AC system running thru it in a closet and it’s a very unpleasant sight so be aware. Overall breakfast was good but my dislike was even after requesting upon booking for a later checkout due to late flights and traveling with a small child I was given a run around by front desk for me to be denied on the day and having to figure things out for 5+ hrs
