We needed a place to stay for a night, we are locals but the city went without water for almost 24 hours, and after 12 we decided to booked a nearby room. This was just perfect. Cozy rooms and nice staff.

Bien para un desayuno sencillo. Pero puede ser mejor. Ubicación es excelente para el precio. Ahora bien calidad precio entiendo que es un poquito caro. El personal es bueno y a nuestras necesidades siempre buscaron soluciones. Grupo de 9 personas incluyendo un niño.

We left the same night. There was so much noise. People banging in doors, screaming, going to several floors creating a ruckus. It wasn't dangerous, just annoying. We were tired and the noise went on for an hour before we left. We called the front desk to see if they could stop it. It continued and was constant.

Room was clean, bed comfortable but minimal amenities provided. Breakfast was basic however it served the need and price was good.
Location perfect for convenience to transport, restaurants and shopping.

When I arrived, the room was dirty, there was snot on the wall, and the bed was all stained. The elevator sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. I had to use the stairs several times, nine floors. Breakfast came in a bag, the orange was rotten, and the yogurt was spoiled. It wasn't a good experience.

Room was good. Only thing was wishing there was ability to make a cup of coffee in the room. I guess i have become spoiled in that it so often available with most hotels I stay. Other than that, I biggest disappointed probably lies with HOTELS.com since I booked this because of the location and complimentary breakfast. Then, upon check in, came to find out it would be $20 for the two of us. Trying to find out what happened on Hotels.com help line resulted in a wasted 20 minutes before I was disconnected
