客房雖不大、但乾淨舒適（要自備牙膏牙刷等備品），有提供毛巾浴巾；櫃檯、餐廳人員都超親切又友善，問題也很用心回答，非常感謝；這次住了很多天，打掃房間也很用心，房務人員也很友善；早餐品項不算多，但也夠了，也好吃；餐廳是24小時開放，氣氛也很不錯；飯店地點很棒，對面、附近就有商場百貨，購物用餐都很方便；稍微走一下也可以到很棒的博物館；Wi-Fi 也很穩定。

The hotel is very well located in a pleasant area, within walking distance of two shopping malls, a movie theater Cinemark, restaurants, and pharmacy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would especially like to thank Ángel, who helped me with check-in and assigned me a room before the hotel's stipulated check-in time. The room's air conditioning only works for heating; the room is small, and the bathroom is outdated. The sound of other rooms' doors closing could be heard. Breakfast was good and varied.

me he hospedado muchas veces y siempre fue bueno todo, pero esta vez, el wifi en mi cuarto era malísimo, no pude usar mi computadora, aún habiendo mencionado el problema no lograron solucionarlo. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Seguiré hospedándome como siempre.
