I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference!
I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation.
It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)

o hotel é simples mas bem organizado, com acomodações boas. localização boa, mas precisa ter fôlego para subir a ladeira do centro de cusco até lá. o atendimento é muito bom, pedi um quarto com vista e fui atendida. a única coisa que poderiam melhorar é o café da manhã, que é bem simples, e a limpeza de quartos. quando entramos o quarto estava impecável, mas durante a estadia pedi para que limpassem e organizassem, e a única coisa que foi feita foi varrer, senti falta da troca de toalhas, tapetes e papel.

La ubicación no es ideal si tienes problemas de salud, son muchos escalones para llegar ahí, además el personal te atiende muy mal, nada servicial, la limpieza a medias y el desayuno muy pobre.

Hotel cumpriu com o esperado, o único problema que tivemos foi com a água do chuveiro, não se mantida na temperatura desejada. Depois que reclamamos, nos trocaram de quarto.
Outra coisa a se pensar é a localização, pois fica no alto da ladeira (próximo ao Arco Santa Ana).

The staff are excellent! The building is old, on a hill side that is steep -walking 4 times a day is a chore, the noise is awful -not hotel surroundings is just loud. The rooms were dirty. No daily house keeping that I experienced. Room was cold no heating. Just extra blankets.

Quarto pequeno, boa cama.

O quarto do anúncio (o qual tivermos que solicitar a mudança) é amplo e com uma bela vista para a cidade de Cusco.
Possui TV a cabo e bom sinal de internet. Bastante limpo e cama confortável.
Chuveiro bom e quente após aprender a ajusta-lo.
Café da manhã simples. Bom atendimento do Staff.
Boa localização, próximo ao centro, apenas uma escadaria para acessar.

Acomodações simples, sem nada espetacular. O banheiro tinha um cheiro ruim muito forte, a cuba parecia meio entupida não escorria a água. O café da manhã podia ser mais variado, toda manhã a mesma coisa é meio enjoativo.

The beds were hard but it was a cheap spot so I wasn’t expecting much. 24/7 service. It was really nice for the price. Definitely recommend for some looking for a deal!
Staff was friendly, cute social area in the middle. Everything you need is within a 20 minute walk. I had a great time!
