hotel muy hermoso, cerca del centro de la ciudad, de restaurantes y tiendas. Agua caliente, cama muy cómoda, wifi funciona muy bien, desayuno completo, calefacción. Barrio tranquilo. El personal del hotel muy amable y disponible para ayudar. Volveré sin duda.

The property is beautiful and perfectly located, close to everything in Cusco. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. It feels very safe as there’s always someone at the front to open the door. The breakfast is delicious and I loved that they offer hot water, tea, coffee and cookies 24/7 which is such a nice touch!

Just an excellent hotel with great staff in a perfect location. Slightly noisy with guests coming in/out during the night.

Ideal location. Great shower and super comfortable bed. Staff very helpful with recommendations and storing our bags pre and post our stay. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

We have one of the larger room but it was facing the street. Lots of noise, cars driving by, drunken tourists!

The hotel was in a great location, a short walk from the main square, and close to all the places on our list with easy pick up for our tours we did. The hotel and rooms are quiet, and always super clean and stocked us with tea’s, snacks and staff are always on hand to help. Comfortable rooms and beds. We stayed a few times between trails and staying elsewhere so tried a few rooms and all comfortable and good sizes with safes, hangers, and toiletries stocked up! They were super accommodating with storing our luggage while we did the Inca hike, even provided breakfast bags before trips.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. They had an abundant amount of choices such a fresh cut fruits, breads, cheeses and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful

This place was very nice for the price and it obvious the staff has had training in high end hotels. They were also flexible to Chang my room which was perfect for 1 night ( though it was off of the main plaza and guests could be heard leaving at 4am) but there was an issue with the laundry service, where I was told I’d could be done over night, but then was not done at all. So that was djssapointingvsince I was leaving for a 4 day trek where I needed the clean clothes. Everything else form the beds, linen, food and feeling overall was a delight. And I would happily stay there again

Muy buena ubicación, limpieza, el desayuno está completo y en el lobby tienen oxígeno en caso de ser necesario. Lo único es que el agua del wc se tiraba y había que estar ajustando la cadena

Excellent service , very nice hotel

This was the best of our 3 hotels during our recent trip to Lima and Cusco. They really paid attention to small details throughout the property and keep it well-maintained. They offer very clean rooms and bathrooms with bottles of water, daily housekeeping and extra towels (not available in other hotels). There is a tea station available 24 hours and the breakfast was delicious. Very close to main Plaza de Armas and several restaurants, stores, and spas, all within walking distance. They also keep the main door closed/locked at all times and have someone available to open for you, which added a level of security. They few critiques I can offer are better hot water in the showers. We had to run the water a very long time to get it mediocre hot. After being outside in the cold rain all day, a cold shower is brutal. The walls are thin, so not ideal for sleeping in when everyone is moving around in the courtyard. Lastly, there are old school key locks on the room doors that require you to lock with the key from the inside - not major but could be problematic in an emergency. Great price for an overall great experience. Thank you, Andenes.
