Simplesmente a pior experiência que já tive. O travesseiro tinha um ninho de formigas, quanto mais batia o travesseiro, mais formigas saiam. Comunicamos a recepção e buscaram outro quarto. Pasmem, na cama do outro quarto tinha aranha, o banheiro estava com um odor forte de esgoto, chão cheio de poeira e o hotel não é tão próximo a praça principal, tem que andar um bom percurso, além da rua ser um pouco escura e deserta. Não conseguí passar nem uma noite lá, às 22:00 da noite estava eu super cansada tendo que procurar outro hotel. Fora o caos que foi para conseguir o estorno.

Atendimento da recepção deixou bastante a desejar! Atendimento confuso e lento! Ficamos no 4 andar e tivemos que subir com todas as malas pela escada, sem ajuda de ninguém. Comodidades ruins. Estava muito frio e o aquecedor não funcionava.

Hotel bem próximo a praça de armas de Cusco, distante uns 8 minutos de caminhada. Os funcionários do Hotel foram sempre prestativos no que precisamos. O quarto era pequeno, o heater elétrico não dava conta de esquentar suficientemente o quarto. A cama era confortável com lençóis limpos. Banheiro minúsculo e sem local para estender toalhas, não tivemos problemas com falta de água quente. Nos prepararam lanches para levar aos passeios que saiam cedo. O café da manhã era simples, mas ok. No geral, é um bom Hotel.
