Cuando llegue al aris hostel III a las 6:30 pm ,la srta q estaba en el mostrador no fue amable,a pesar de haber pagado en su totalidad y con anticipacion,le comente y entregue un dcto q me pidio para sacarle copia fotostatica,en la cual especificaba las condiciones de la habitacion ,sin embargo nos envio al 406 donde no cumplia con toda la informacion detallada, con vista a la calle,cama queen,etc tuvimos q bajar a recepcion para q nos explicara esta situacion y alego q estaban limpiando la pieza,q nos daria la 206,lo q nos indigno es q quieran sorprendernos dandonos un dormitorio inferior ,yo estaba tan cansada q acepte , ya q veniamos de estar en un albergue 3dias 2 noches todo ok ,fui a vacacionar a olvidarme de todo y nos salen con esto, mi esposo estaba indignado y exigia la presencia de la administradora q nunca llego.

Algunos empleados son muy muy amables, otros no tanto, especialmente la chica que atiende de día. La habitación fue algo más pequeña de lo que pensé y el agua era medio amarilla pero creo que eso es problema de toda la ciudad.

Apparently my reservation was never received. They did not validated my printed reservation and I end up in another hotel. I return the following morning to get a letter stating I never stay there. Apparently they where overbooked. One of the most inconvenient experience. I do not recomend this anybody else. Humberto
