One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed. Perfect lakeside location, away from busy town. Lovely, comfortable room. Great, sunny patio overlooking the water. Excellent restaurant, I ate all my meals there for 5 days and never repeated! Above all else was the fantastic staff, who are so helpful, friendly, kind and engaging. I would stay at this or any of their hotels with confidence. You cant go wrong.

We had an excellent stay at this upscale hotel in Puno. The property is very clean, well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
One of the highlights was the hotel’s private dock. We were able to board our tour boat directly from the hotel’s dock and return straight to the hotel afterward. This made our Lake Titicaca excursion smooth and stress-free.

BEautiful hotel on Lake Titicaca in Puno, Peru, with a dock to walk right to the lake. The staff is courteous, the room is clan and with beautiful balcony facing west and a view of sunset. The food options are limited but OK. Breakfast does have some vegetarian items for vegetarians or vegans. I was greeted with a welcome plate of alfajores (Peruvian specialty sweets) left on the table in the room at my arrival. That was nice - alfajores were delicious! Thank you Casa Andina!
I had a car and have been given free parking. Gettin to the hotel and the city of Puno is a driving challenge, but with patience and lots of luck one can manage it as I did.
I enjoyed in the stay at this hotel.

God mottakelse, og hyggelig personell. Vi fikk parkere der 2 dager ekstra pga en reise til La Paz. Hadde det ikke vært for at restauranten serverte en blodrød Tenderloin når det ble bestilt well done og reparasjonen var middels… så hadde dette hotellet fått en klar 5*

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Andina. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was great, and we appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel and room were very clean. The location was perfect, and we loved the view of Lake Titikaka from our balcony.
