The location is pretty nice because its close enough to walk to the main attractions but also not too far a taxi ride from the airport. The staff was polite and get me situated quickly. The bed was good, but the bathroom was older and not as clean as I'd like. Breakfast was ok too, but there were not many different options for dietary restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). Overall, it was solid for a last minute one night stay and the interior design of the common areas with the atriums is super cool, but it also makes for a noisy sleep unfortunately, so I might try a different spot next time but would still recommend it as a good budget option.

Loved this hotel. Great location, great breakfast and nice location. They only thing they didn't have was bottled water but there were markets right down the street where you could buy it (so not a huge deal). I would definitely stay here again.

Ubicación muy buena, Plz de Armas a unos 15 min andando. Buen desayuno , cama confortable.
Un poco difícil a la hora de ducharse, ya que los geles, champues son pequeños y de mala calidad, solo ponen 1 por una habitación de 2 pers. El agua de la ducha apenas tiene presion y no tiene manguera para poder aclararse bien. Me ha costado mucho lavarme el pelo por ser un 4*. El baño necesita mejora y actualización
Habitación MUY ruidosa, se oía todo de la calle, con el primer coche de la mañana no se podia ya descansar. Necesita insonorización

Hotel é muito bom! Porém se for ficar nele peça sua acomodação do lado contrário do restaurante pois o café começa bem cedo e o jantar enche e o barulho incomoda bem se estiver do lado do restaurante! Fora isso cama muito confortável toalhas excelentes e chuveiro excelente!
