La admistracion no tiene buen control en general

El spa se filtraba y las luces del baño no funcionaban

No servía el aire acondicionado ni la cajilla de seguridad, y a pesar que avisé muchas veces, nunca hicieron nada, lo máximo que hicieron fue llevarme un ventilador sucio, dañado y ruidoso. Me prometieron un cambio de habitación, pero nunca ocurrió. El desayuno es muy limitado, y con comida muy pesada. Todos los días es prácticamente lo mismo. La condición del hotel es regular. El ascensor es muy lento y a veces es mejor tomar las escaleras. No volvería.

Me tocó el piso 3 y está arriba del salón de eventos, el ruido es demasiado en la noche. Además compré el paquete con bufete de desayuno incluido y no cumple con las expectativas no es nada agradable.

Hubiese sido todo excelente pero estaban remodelando e instalando un nuevo ascensor y los ruidos eran terribles de 10 am a 6 pm no se podia descansar. Por lo demas bueno.

I did not enjoy the short time we were in the hotel. Too much noisy around, there were a congress or something else that make the check in too long.

El niño alojando con nosotros tuvo sangrado de narices por accidente, y el hotel nos cobró la limpieza de esa sábana. En años viajando, es la primera vez que nos cobran algo así. Ordinario el cobro, por lo bajo.

I have never felt more unsafe. I couldn’t recommend this place less. I would never stay here again. They had to give me three different rooms due to the party music and broken air conditioners and fans. Third room I got, I stepped on a broken shard of glass that I couldn’t get out of my foot until I returned home, while the worst part of all, someone entered my room at 5am, slammed the door, and ran away. As a solo female traveler, I was TERRIFIED. I had no clue what was going on, if someone had been standing over me as I slept, if my things were stolen. I freaked out screaming running into the hallways asking a maid for help. They called to reception for them to come and help. Nobody called or came until I called the front desk demanding for assistance for over 5 minutes. Someone came up and just said “sorry, must’ve been an accident”. I demanded for someone to give me answers. The lady said she was going to call someone and come back to my room, and never did. I didn’t sleep at all due all of these factors so I don’t even know how I can even say I “stayed” here. I went down to the front desk around 10am for checkout and to get answers. The front desk ladies proceeded to laugh at me (which I have a photo of) and shrug. I told them over and over I had a flight to catch and really need to speak with someone. After 20 minutes, a man approached me and told me he would contact Expedia for a refund for me, took my phone number, and I still have not heard from him.

We vioked this because if its proximity to light fountain, but didnt even go! Streets were very busy and it seemed to take long to get to the historic district by car. Bed was comfortable, after I asked the maid to replace a pillow case with hair on it. Breakfast was the worst we have experienced in Our three week stay in peru, with nothing labeled, no water, only two fruits, no toaster, poor selection of cereals

Very cozy, safe, good breakfast, good restaurant, and you feel a positive vibe. Thank you very much, I hope to return there soon.

Made new friends

Slightly older hotel but cute and worth it if you need to stay nearby!! The service and staff goes above and beyond from hailing cabs to the front desk all the way to the restaurant! Would stay again!!
