Good hot water supply, clean room, and friendly staff

Great stay in ecopacker. bed is comfortable. shower is AMAZING! and the staffs there(Maria&Yanet&Americo&Rodolfo) are extremely helpful.

因为去马丘比丘选了这家青旅，位置很不错，沿着铁路走很快就找到了，天井很舒适wifi信号强烈。而且提供早餐，为了适应早起坐车去马丘比丘的旅店，酒店4：30就推出了自助早餐，非常不错，很满意，出发前还把行李寄存在酒店，回来后再提取坐火车，方便易行。

Liked attention by staff on different issues. Didn’t like it was somewhat difficult to find initially.

The hostel isn’t for family and it is on the train tracks, you can’t sleep all night.

Un poco más de mantenimiento (los enchufes se salieron y otros no funcionan para cargar los móviles). En el baño un estante para poder dejar cosas mientras te aseas.

A solid option if you have to spend a night or two in aguas calientes. Comfortable beds and a very helpful and welcoming staff. Unfortunately my room had a habit of locking itself and i then had to go to the front desk to get them to unlock it. The bathroom inside the room did the same thing so I was unable to use the restroom during the night. The noise from the train can be loud to some but quiets down during the night (and is somewhat unavoidable). The staff were so helpful though and let me relax in the upper patio after checking out and even hang clothes to dry up there too.

The hotel was clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Achei o quarto ótimo, cama confortável e banheiro bom, também gostei que por mais que eu tenha saído mais cedo do horário que inicia o café da manhã, o anfitrião deixou separado pra mim em uma sacola o café, isso me ajudou bastante.

Good location and nice scenery

I would never recommend this property to anyone!!! First, NO WHERE on their page do they mention you must take a train to get there. They do say they have a 24/7 front desk to help you, however I barely saw them! I was so lucky to find strangers to help me with the train. The sanitary conditions are appalling! -My two tiny pillows reeked of mildew and were stained -The room smelled of rotten wood and other mysterious odors that drifted in from the HOLE in the wall by the shower head (you could see sky) -The furniture had water stains -Staff seemed irritated when I asked for an extra towel so I could mop the floors after showers since water gets everywhere -fixtures in the bathroom and pipes are rusty -The TV didn’t work Worst of all the walls are paper thin and they have a bar upstairs that you can hear every movement! The last night I stayed they started blaring music, constantly shouting, playing my pool etc. I asked politely a couple of times if they could quiet down or when it closed. This all continued well after 10pm when people are trying to sleep! Please avoid!

Me gustó mucho , para el precio me sentí muy cómoda a diferencia de otros hostel que estuve en Cusco , en este me sentí muy cómoda ✨

Very clean and well kept hostel. Breakfast is good and very close to everything around. I would come back to this hostel if i will visit MP next time.

The hotel is on the way of the train, and the manager charged me 5% more because I paid with my Visa card

O atendimento na recepção foi ótimo, o quarto matrimonial era bem grande, camas gigantes, porém a limpeza do banheiro para mim deixa a desejar. Optamos por quarto/ banheiro privativo e o box é sujo, mas como iriamos passar apenas uma noite para logo ir a Machu Picchu, relevamos isso, mas é necessário pontuar aqui. Caso precisem, eles guardam bolsas/ malas em uma portinha, mas não é nada seguro, já que qualquer pessoa pode entrar, inclusive quando entramos não havia ninguém ali na recepção, ou seja, fácil acesso a qualquer um. Em outros hotéis eram guardados em locais de zero acesso de hóspedes além de controle através de documentação de malas.
