Una pena que un hotel de 5 estrellas tenga a sus clientes pasando frio en pleno invierno de Peru, por no encender la calefacción. Imagino que sería un tema de costes. El personal muy profesional y amable. Desayuno correcto, y habitaciones cómodas aunque los baños vastante antiguos y con bañera.
Recomiendo Miraflores para alojarse sin duda.

The hotel has an excellent location—very convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The room is very cost-effective. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying.
The only drawback is that the glasses in the room are very dirty, with oil stains and fingerprints on them.

Carpet in room wasn’t that clean. My feet was dirty walking on it. Had to rinse it off in shower. Property seems a little run down. They nickel and dime you for room service. They can do better on buffet for breakfast.

First time we have stayed in a name brand hotel and it was awesome!!!! Staff were VERY accommodating and even asked your name. Close to transportation and a great mall next door.
