had a great time at the hotel, everyone was very friendly, everyone was helpful, kind and took great care of us. The boys at concierge were super friendly and nice, Ella at reception was perfect, took care of everything, professional, nice and kind. Hershey was very effective and sorted out anything i needed....and Kim ......Kim was just amazing, her smile, sweet voice & kindness just out of this world........I would come back just for her!!!!

The staff was amazing and the hotel itself was great. Many aspects of hotel outside of just the room (KTV bar, pool bar, spa etc.). Would absolutely come back if I would return to area.

The room was very retro, like 70's Vegas or something. It was comfortable enough; though there's no elevator to the 2nd floor. Weird. The breakfast was expensive and simply not good. Overall, it's pretty expensive compared to other local hotels. I'm not sure why they charge as much as they do...

Staff is always great. ABC is a beautiful and unique hotel and I always stay there when in Angeles. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, they only had smoking rooms.. somehow they didn't get the non-smoking room request. Also, the first room's air conditioner was not working so they transferred me to another room.

ABC is nice place. Road construction makes the traffic unbearable on fields unless you stick to just a tryke. I complained about four times about the phone in my room not working due to the phone in bathroom would not stay on wall mount. A simple 2 minute fix but they never did. Seem drinks in aqua is not as strong as I remember but cost more than walking street good drinks. That’s about all I have to say. I wasn’t bummed but wasn’t thrilled either about my stay

Staff at this facility is fantastic from the gentleman at the front door to the police in the parking lot. Front counter staff. The girls are awesome cleaning room. Staff is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this place. It might be a few cents more but the bottom line is you get what you pay for And this place is what you wanna pay for.
