The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The room and the whole building were so much cleaned and orderly. The place were close to food stalls and restaurants, beach and pasalubong store shops.

Swimming pool on the rooftop is very convenient, and there is also a bar nearby. I strongly recommend have a drink after swimming. I want to give the bartender, Darwin, a highly praise. He is kind and friendly, and he make us an impressive memory during the period.

We booked 2 rooms for 8 person stay. The staff was superb during check in , very accommodating. We had our welcome drinks.
The hotel was centrally located between station 2&3.
Close to station X where there are a lot of e-trikes for transportation .
Walking distance (around 5-10 minutes) to the beach.
The room was clean, the bed was huge and comfortable, with safety deposit box, a cabinet, a mini fridge and drinking water.
Rooftop pool and breakfast buffet.
Fast wifi in both our rooms.
xxthe downside for both rooms was the sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink during our entire stay. We always had to make sure to close our bathroom all the time daytime and night time to ensure the smell does not spread throughout the room. Whenever we use the bathroom, we always put a bath towel in the sink. The smell kind of goes away if the sink water is continuously flowing.
We manage to keep the reservation because we were out all the time and only sleep there.

Location of the hotel was perfect, walking to the beach, restaurants are close by. The only thing is our room's view was trash, there was hammering next to our room and it was loud. Otherwise this is a perfect place and location to stay.

Best budget hotel experience!
Boracay has so many hotel choices but chosen to book this hotel for good word for their good food. True enough we enjoyed Fri-Sat barbeque nights really good barbeque and buffet breakfasts with freshly baked pan de sal and focaccia. (shout out to Dome and Ric!) Overall the stay, the location and the service was great for us.
