ホテルは安い割に、広めのプールが2つあり、子供が遊ぶにはちょうどいい。 家族（大人二人+子供二人]でダブルベッドが2台の部屋に泊まりましたが、 毎日アメニティが二人分しか用意されず、毎晩(4日間)フロントにバスタオルを2枚頼んでいたのに、1度も届けられたことはなかった。 エクスペディアでは家族でも朝食は二人分と言うことで了承済みだったけど、 アメニティも二人分だとは書いていない。 家族で来ているし、ダブルベッド2台なのに、ホテル側も気が効かないし、 フロントに頼んだものが来ない。 毎日明け方、大きな音がしてブレーカーが落ちたかのように、 クーラーが止まり、部屋がちょっとの間明るくなる。 復旧すると、何もなかったかのように部屋は暗くなり、クーラーも再開される。 評判はいいのは、まあまあきれいだし、安いので、コストパフォーマンスがいいということなのか

地理位置方便~~泳池很美

浴缸跟洗手台排水塞都是故障的，請飯店幫我們換房他帶我們看另一間也是一樣，只能等水排下才能再開水，只能忍耐住5天。 早餐都一樣也很普通（有螞蟻也沒人主動清理） 除以上外，飯店其他地方都很新很乾淨，員工算親切，我們因為是早班機，半夜就得checkout，但是飯店願意提早幫我們準備早餐餐盒這點還不錯。 飯店走到dmall大概要15分，但旁邊就有超商也有餐廳，覺得蠻方便的 排水系統是最困擾的事

房內床單跟枕套有髒汙，但櫃臺人員服務親切

Attracted by the modern decoration. The environment is clean and tidy. Most of the rooms without windows, thus the special design to make use of glasses for the wall and door with curtains and blinds for privacy. Nevertheless, the sound insulation is not good enough. The staffs are nice, helpful, attentive and polite. Overall everything is perfect.

The Caticlan Transfer was very easy and the staff took care of everything. We arrived at 10:00 to the hotel and had some issues with one of the staff (Shaina). She kept telling us the room was being prepared but it turned out that the previous person didn't vacate the room until after 12:00 and we weren't able to go to our room until after 2:00 PM. The room was clean but wasn't what we expected. We booked the Deluxe Pool View and were given a room on the 4th Floor that was technically pool view IF you went outside on the walkway to the elevators, shared by the other rooms on the floor, and looked down at the pool, through the Palm Trees. Room was dated and is in need of a renovation. The shower/tub was difficult to get in/out of and the water controls were a bit confusing with no markings. We had friends stay in the Standard Room which seem to be more updated so it may just be an issue that they are in the process of updating the rooms. We stayed 11 Days so had quite a bit of luggage with us. There wasn't any Dressers or space to store our clothes so we ended up living out of our suitcases for the entire time. The location is really good on Station 3 near our preferred dive shop so it was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was nice but could have been more varied day to day. Again, Management (Christine and Lea) went above and beyond to ensure that the initial issues we had with check-in didn't ruin our vacation.

Everyone greets you, friendly. A little mishaps on the tidy up service but other than that all good

Camera molto bella, come pure l'hotel. Il personale è davvero impeccabile, gentilissimi e disponibili. Tutto molto pulito e la posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia White Beach. Lo consiglio senza dubbio

room needs updating such as door to bathroom , the cover is peeling off etc. Food is ok. Staff is nice, and excellent service from them. I’d stay there again.

Very big and spacious room and bathroom. Also great black out curtains to keep the light out when sleeping. Excellent free breakfast buffet with alot of great food options.

They added us near the contruction zone. They are building another resort right beside their resort. The banging went on seven days a week 7 AM to 10 PM.

Kanon bra service då vi stannade där 10 dagar. Fick först ett rum med utsikt mot en vägg och vi klagade att vi inte ville stirra in i en vägg i 10 dagar. de förstog det och uppgradera hos gratis till en med balkong och utsikt över poolen. Stor varierande frukost buffe, de hade till och med Pyttipanna som frukost.

We had a great stay. Some hiccups along the way but otherwise great. They fixed any problems that comes right away and with a smile. Shout out to Ms. Chinky in Housekeeping, she’s very attentive to our requests, and made sure we are happy and comfortable. All the other staff from front desk to housekeeping and restaurants are giving their best. Shoutout to Rene @ the breakfast buffet, love his positivity and attentiveness. I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Love the bright colors every where, feels really like fun.

rooms clean, staff is outstanding - no bidets though

Breakfast, Location, cleanliness of the room and facility are excellent. Will be back here again for sure.

従業員の方が親切で目の前がサンセットの見える海岸でしたので大満足でした。園児を連れての旅行でしたが、プールには私らのほかに監視の方も居てくださったので心強く感じました。また、周辺にはゴシキエビが食せる海鮮レストラン、安価で缶ビールが買えるコンビニやマンゴやドリアンが買える果物屋さんまであったので楽しむには十分でした。また、機会があれば是非利用したいです。
