長灘島竹子海灘度假村

We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and what I liked about it is it was near to everything, especially the front beach. We occupied room 310. The internet connection there was slow, the bidet toilet is leaking, and the TV remote doesn't have batteries. I hope you can fix it for the satisfaction of your guest next time. Thank you!

The staff at the front desk is friendly and approachable. The room where we stayed is so clean, including the bathroom and closet. There was a mini fridge and a water heater provided, though the heater has some fixing to do. Accessible to food stalls and other stuff. Located right at the beach front of station X.

Overall service is good but the wifi internet is bad.

We stayed there for 5 nights and on our first day our room was on the 3rd floor, so we requested for an available room at the ground floor then the front desk arranged a transfer for us on the next day making our stay more convenient, so we don't have to walk on the stairs to the 3rd floor. The staff were really nice and helpful, we asked for extra hangers and they sent them to us quickly, the bellboys were also helpful carrying our heavy luggage. The room was clean and relaxing, we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Ang babait ng staff, may free towel kada puntang beach. At everyday pwede mo palinis ang room. Mejo luma nadin at madilim lng pero ok naman sa gusto affordable at malaking room for 4. thankyou

Sobrang ganda, ang gaganda ng rooms nila affordable pa.. and unli towels pa... mababait p mg staff and lahat ng kailangan mo andun na mismo sa kanil tour, food, night life and etc! Super sulit tlga...will definitely cameback po! Sulit na sulit ang stay!

All services are available and the hotel is fronting the beach. An ideal place to stay.

Good 1. We were allowed for early check in since the room is already available. 2. Beachfront property 3. Accommodating frontdesk staffs 4. Aircon is okay Not so good 1. Bed linens and towel were overused. The color is dirty white. Some pillow cases had holes. 2. Oudated door locks. Minsan mahirap buksan ang pinto at nagloloko. 3. You can hear people knocking, closing their doors, chatting. Medyo nahirapan kaming makatulog dahil rinig mo ang ingay sa labas.

It was good staying at Bamboo, whenever we need something they will immediately provide it. Hopefully, next visit there will be a welcome bottled water inside the room:).

We got the basic room for two. Good, low level price for Boracay beach front standards. Entire area looks a little worn out, but it gets the job done in terms of accommodations (You won't be staying in your room that much when in Boracay anyway). Good beds, working AC, water heater, & fridge all worked as expected. Didn't try their buffet, but it looks to be an attraction for those looking for budget meals. They're also nicely located beside the v hub food festival area where there are affordable food choices in a food court-like area (this is where you'll find the fire dancers too). I'm generally a low-maintenance guest, but the staff provided excellent service & responded quickly to the few stuff I needed. They even gave welcome lemonades even though it's probably not part of the deal & my companions just jokingly asked for it.

It's very relaxing to stay here in 3 days. Thank you Bamboo Beach and Traveloka

Super Bait and accommodating ng mga staff. May towels pa everyday na exclusive for beach use. Sayang walang complimentary toothbrush and slippers but okay lang naman. Di lang ako nag dala kasi in my mind, lahat ng hotel meron. Madami naman mabibilihan sa area. Wala rin palang safe iyong room na pinagstayan ko. May shower heater, tv which i barely used, mirrors, and closet. And may balcony where you can dry your clothes. May smoking area, may WC sila for the resto na i used to wash my feet before going sa room. The buffet was sulit and may discount for in house customers.

The location was right in front of the beach which made it easy for us to access the restaurants and visit other establishments. Service was satisfactory!

The hotel has a perfect location ( In front of the Beach). It is located in station 3 which is not crowded.

Location wise - good (beachfront) out of 1-10 I prefer to give it 10 breakfast - out of 1-10 I prefer to give it 7 buffet lunch - 500 per pax (so expensive and not worth for the amount you pay) buffet dinner -299 per pax not worth to the price room is good, the service is good, over all stay is good..

The room was great. The breakfast was great too. You have an option for American, Tropical or Filipino food. It's very convenient because it is infront of the beach. We'll definitely go back here. :)
