Me and my fiance stayed here this october going into November and I can honestly say it was a breath taking experience, our main man Paul was our man with the plan made sure our room was nice and tidy everyday me and my fiance made sure to tip him good for his service. I definitely want to come back here someday soon.

I have stayed here off and on several times this year visiting relatives - weddings, babies, etc. The hotel is wonderful. Staff excellent. Rooms comfortable.
Gym and pool, cafe, breakfast buffet all clean and lovely.
The hotel itself and the the parking garages have security guards 24 hours a day. Very safe and clean hotel

This was the 5th time I have stayed here. Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff. The buffet breakfast room was open this time which was a bonus

It's hard to say! The people are great! Service is excellent! But the smell the cracks on the wall, the star rates should change, i think orbits and expedia should get their own people come out and look at the locations to be honest before the rates stars.

The hotel is “tired”. Needs work everywhere. No hot water in the room. Cold showers no fun. However, staff is very very friendly. The bed was awful. My back hurt each morning. Just worn out. Coffee shop is great! Wi-Fi is not very good except in coffee shop.

The room was very dirty The carpet made my feet black there was no hot water only one elevator worked this hotel is falling apart The earthquake put cracks everywhere I was on the 7th floor but I had genuine concerns about the structural integrity of the big building I would never stay here again Go somewhere else

Rooms facing hyway are very noisy, had to remind them every day to do my room, because of low occupancy they shut down 1 lift very inconvenient not my problem, overall wasn’t to bad there are other hotels in the area that are equal if not better

Hotellet er ca. 12 år gammelt og er bygget som et luksushotell. Betjeningen er vennlige og serviceinnstilte, og det er svært mange av dem. Frokosten har ris og flere asiatiske varmretter, men lite brød og pålegg. Speilegg og omelett lages på bestilling. Den daglige rengjøringen fungerer utmerket, men det ser ut til at nødvendig rengjøring og vedlikeholdsarbeid som kan gjøres sjeldnere, ikke prioriteres. Derfor begynner deler av hotellet å se slitt ut. Men vi er likevel godt fornøyde alt i alt og kommer gjerne tilbake om vi skal overnatte i Tagum en annen gang.

Room configuration was wrong for various reasons:
The bed was placed next to the aircon which was blowing consistently over my face, which I had to pile my pillow to. On the second day, I decided to pull the entire bed into the middle of the room so I could at least have a better sleep. Ongoing noise from highway traffic and loud karaoke from the rooftop.
The safe box was not working. I have constantly asked to get it fixed, and staff came to just replace the battery; yet it still does not work, and the cord was dangling and obviously did not do its job.
I applaud
The security guard at the front and at the back of the building was kind and always smiled each time they opened the glass door.
Breakfast was basic and not much of a choice. But staff was always keen to assist.
The pool and garden setting was presentable and a perfect place to chill out, but there was no bar open for me to buy a drink.

Staff services are great! They’re all polite and approachable. Food is okay. The internet connection is disappointing. There’s a laundry shop outside (walking distance)-it’s cheaper. If you don’t want noise while sleeping maybe it’s good to request a room away from the street because the hotel is along the highway. We heard cars honking at night. We wanted to try the VIP KTV but they’re on renovations.

Unser Zimmer ging zur Hauptstraße. Die Schiebefenster dichten so gut wie gar nicht ab, so dass man dem Straßenlärm inkl. Hupen die ganze Nacht ausgesetzt ist. Hier helfen selbst Ohrstöpsel nicht zu 100%. Wir hatten noch Glück - andere hatten die Karaoke-Bar über sich.
Die Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer sowie des Hotels insgesamt ist abgewohnt.
Liegen gibt es keine am Pool - nur Stühle.

This is the best hotel in Tagum and we have stayed here a couple of times years ago when the place was still quite new.
The hotel itself is conveniently located and is quite clean and welcoming when you come into the lobby.
When we went to our room however, we found problems in the bathroom. The tap leaked all over the counter and the handheld shower head mount had fallen off and the hose was just wrapped around the shower control valve. There was also no way to get water flowing out of the handheld shower head. This and the faucet should have been repaired BEFORE this room was rented. This was very disappointing to see in a high end hotel which we enjoyed staying in in the past. When I complained to the desk clerk he just basically shrugged it off. It seems that maintenance is not a strong point in this place.
Breakfast was also included and although it was reasonably well prepared it was catering more to the Filipino taste rather than the western taste. It would be nice to have a couple of more items such as bacon and home fries.
