Bath water is not hot enough, others is good

Great staff and clean place. However you are in the middle of nowhere. Not many other guests. Far from activies and shopping. No beach access.

리셉션 직원들이 아주 친절하고 컴플레인이 발생될 경우 가능한 빨리 처리를 해주려고 항상 노력 합니다. 조식은 다소 평범합니다만 다이닝에서의 음식이 굉장히 맛있습니다. 특히 파스타나 피자, 포크 종류의 음식들을 추천합니다.

Beautiful resort , friendly staff.

Waste of money, this hotel should have 0 stars. Dirty area, next door construction, no transportation, no access to the beach, restaurant food - found worm in dishes ( made video, showed on reception- no reaction). Mosquitos everywhere, day/night time doesn’t matter.

알로나비치와는 많이 떨어져 있어서 택시나 툭툭이 이용하여 알로나 비치로 가는 경우 20분 정도의 시간이 소요됩니다. 리조트안에서만 주로 있는 경우 풀빌라를 추천합니다. 개인풀장에서 여유롭게 휴식을 즐기기에 너무 좋고 리조트앞 비치에서 아이들과 스노쿨링하기에도 최고입니다. 알로나 비치는 걸어서 스노쿨링하기 힘듭니다.

직원들은 친절하였으나, 위치 및 숙소상태는 별로임

수영장은 정말 마음에 들어요. 다만, 음식이 짜서 안 짜게 해달라고 미리 얘기하는게 좋을 겁니다. 그리고 수영장 옆 빌라는 괜찮을거 같지만 디럭스룸은 에어칸이 창문거치형이라 좀 많이 시끄러워요.

Staff was amazing

What you see on the pictures on Hotels.com is nothing like the real thing… The pool is not so nice when you get close, the nice balcony with the fabulous sunset is close, as it would fall down the cliffs if you step out on to it, there is only 2 showers around the pool, and they demand that you shower before getting in the pool, 1 shower is right in front of the restaurant, so people sitting eating will sit like 3 meters from people who shower. The walkways on the premises are very uneven, so don’t bring a heavy suitcase as you would have to carry it, the personnel was nice and sweet, like they normally are in PH. The neighborhood where the hotel are, is not very nice, so they even have a guard and a gate… No shops in miles surroundings… I would go as far as saying that I would demand my money back for this stay, but I don’t think they would give that anyway 😡 Find another hotel, that’s my advice!

The room and the propriety itself were not bad however, the property is not beach front so I had to take a tuk tuk for 15 minutes every day to go to an actual beach. The property only has a jumping hole that is super rocky and only good for soaking in. The pool had a few stains in the floor that makes it look dirty.

Hotellet är överlag helt ok. Dock inte motsvarande förväntningarna när vi betalade svenska priser för övernattningen. Det hotellet verkligen kan jobba på är deras mat i restaurangen, både frukost men också a la carte.

I will never ever stay here again. The shower didn’t work,there was no hot water. The buffet breakfast was horrible. They didn’t top up the food and fruits. Nothing edible for foreigners. Water supply was cut off in the morning of my departure and it was not restored even after we checked out. Not for foreigners.

A weekend getaway nice place to spend time with family. The pool was clean and infinite, well designed, and quiet and the service was superb. would highly recommend

Good resort outside city (10min taxi to alona) Good service, realy clean and helpfull staff. Rekomend and will go back here
