BSA Mansion

F/o staff were so nice compare to BSA suites. Espicqlly Ms. Korina was so helpful with positive attitude. Only problem is I found 2 roachs in the CR.

Room 2004 needs update. The staff are pleasant and overall the building is clean.

For a short stay, the room is ok and for a lower rate than other hotels nearby... It is clean, equipped with frigde, microwave, etc. Bed and wifi are ok. Only concerns are noise from outside, some mosquitos inside and hot water quantity very small... It is located very near from malls (5 minutes by foot).

Ive made a reservation at BSA Mansion for a day as I needed to see some friends at Glorietta Mall yesterday. Here are some of the main issues that really bothered ne during my stay. 1. BSA Mansion room that Ive booked was not available.- Ive booked at BSA Mansion specifically thru Hotels.com since some friends are working nearby so I can visit them easily at their office. Since the room was not available due to airconditionibg issues, the receptionist of BSA Mansion ordered a cab for us going to Prince Plaza Hotel and I consider this one as a first strike of our inconvenience. 2. MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE: BED BUGS. At Prince Hotel II, we were first assigned at room 1720. Unpleasant smell as we entered the room though we thougt that maybe if the AC will be open for a couple of minutes, maybe the smell will be gone, but it won't. We started to have our snack then we lay in bed for some rest. After several minutes of laying in bed, we felt some itchiness and felt that there is something crawling in my arms.. I stood up and ipen all the lights and baaaaam!!!!.. we saw some BED BUGS crawling on our beds and pillows (several videos taken). We immediately call the attention of the reception and they sent their staff to our room. The staff investigated the bed and we saw a lot of bugs especially when the staff lift up the beds! The staff said sorry and given us a reason that it is maybe due to the room being vacant for a long period of time. So upsetting.

We always enjoy staying here. The rooms are large and it's close to Greenbelt 3

Big have but I found stains on my 'clean' bed sheets

very old feeling inside. sheets were stained (don't want to know what it was) the lobby is a bit confusing to find, nor does it smell very good when you go inside. the only nice thing is that the breakfast at the hotel is essentially room service; albeit the breakfast is subpar, but it's convenient.

Transferred us to their partner hotel because they were "fully booked", even if we already had a reservation booked weeks ago.

グリーンベルトの一番端から歩いてすぐのところ。洗濯屋さんがとなりにあるのと、ミニストップもすぐ近くです。 荷物も預かってくれたのと、NHKプレミアムが見られたのがよかったです。 ただ、プールは何階にあったのだろうか？雨ばかりで結局プールという感じではなかったが、案内が部屋にあってもよかったと思う。

The package that i bought should have included bfast but when we got here they said that it did not.

My stay was good, convenient to everything, the only thing annoyed me was the constructions sites on both ends, drilling and hammering up to middle of the night, I am hoping next time I come back all the construction sites will be completed. I highly recommend BSA mansion is a good value and convenient place to stay.

日本語は基本的に通じないので準備が必要です。あと、国柄なのか夜中でも近隣では工事をしていたりするので、低層階だと静かに眠れないかもしれません(^_^;) そもそもリゾート感を求めて泊まる施設ではないですよね（笑） リゾートホテルではなく、アパートメントホテル（日本ではビジネスホテル）みたいな施設です。 間違ってもカップルでは使わないように（笑）

小汚い感満載です。次は泊まりません 何故なら汚い。タオルも雑巾同然で、悲しかったです。みそもくそもといった感じがする辛い思いでした。
