飯店位於公主港的鬧區，交通其實很方便，飯店對面是土特產區，可以買些小禮物回去送人，搭三輪車約5~7分鐘可到SM mall,很方便，如有需要，飯店有提供機場接送因為很近，如當天房況還好，可以提前入住，及延遲退房，真的是很不錯的酒店，下次還會再來。

The staff are very nice and helpful, even you don't have any plan there, you can ask them and they will suggest some nice place to you. They speak fluent English, very easy to communicate.

The restaurant was great and the location of the hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay.
The first room we stayed in for the first night had a few issues but they were kind enough to allow us to change rooms for the second night and it was much better. The staff were all amazing.
