I had a hard time locating it. The address on the site is different from their actual address. It’s best that you search jy crown palace if you want to locate it right away but the staff was nice and they upgraded my room when I told them about my experience. So, awesome service still.

The room assigned to us was not the one booked online. Two rooms were booked; only one room has TV. No toiletries provided. If not asked, bath towels are not provided for each pax. It was charged 50 php at first but was already given free when negative reactions were given by the group. The reception and the corridors seemed old. However, the rooms were spacious and the linens were clean and fragrant. In totality, the ambiance for stay were just okay.

Great hotel ! Tho you can't expect luxury from it cause it's a budget one but from 1-10 where 10 is the highest. I'd say 6. It's cool. the employee are heart warming and all can speak english too. they're definitely not from Cebu because they don't speak the Cebuano dialect. it's just they talk loudly. Pretty much cooler if they have towels. But overall. it's great!
