The hotel is a rundown and quite old. Found several cockroaches inside the rooms. Found a cockroach coming out from the drain of the bath tub. One positive were the staff who were efficient and friendly.

Accommodation are okay. One downside, there was a rat. I understand that the hotel is pretty old but cleanliness can be maintained and pests can be prevented regardless if the hotel is new or a hundred years old. Still, thank you. Service was nice and satisfying as well.

The stuffs are friendly and accommodating, although its really an old hotel however services are good.. 😊

they forgot to provide towel & toiletries at the penultimate day of my stay.. have to call reception for these important items...

Cebu Northwinds worked beyond expectations. First, the hotel is somewhat old... but being old doesn't take away that the rooms are being cleaned up every day - occupied or not, as I observed when passing by other rooms. Second, they took lengths to provide wireless access points (WiFi) in every room - hurray for those who work online while on vacay! Third, is service. Helping you with your luggage and accommodating late housekeeping requests is cool, but what is cooler is when I discovered a plumbing leak, the plumber came in within minutes, and professionally recommended that I should be given another room, which they did, and a better room at that! Thanks Northwinds!

I had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating. It was a last minute trip so I needed a lot of guidance in terms of where to get food, buy clothes and shop for toiletries nearby. They were very happy to assist.

The rooms were good and they have a very accommodating staff. They also serve excellent food.

My stay at the hotel was awesome. It's near IT park and the it's really comfortable.

We came in at 5PM. Despite their advertised check in time which is 2PM, the room was still not ready at 5PM and we had to wait. Room didn't have toiletries and we had to ask for it.

Had a very comfortable night's sleep. Food was great in their breakfast bar. Professional attentive staff.

Not that bad. It's because some hotel staff got stuff from my room. I left a phcare bottle in the bathroom and when I got back it wasn't there anymore. It went missing last Tuesday July 10. I informed the front desk and they told me that they would inquire of the people who cleaned the room. I called the next morning and they told me that the staff said that they didn't see the bottle nor throw it away. I told them of course they would not admit and I said never mind. Other than that my stay was okay. The room was enough for me.

The personnel were very accommodating.

2 defective electric outlet beside our bed and 1 useful outlet beside the mirror.

Nice and comfy room for a short stay, with wifi in rooms, it is near the post of "habal habal" going to sirao, top viewpoints, temple of leah and lantaw busay
