It ' s alright. Accommodation and the hospitality of the guests are great. Aircon is not that cold however.

Bad hotel, did not explain to guess upon check in that daily clean up the room only based on request. No free drinking water in room, small bathroom and not maintained clean. Low quality breakfast

Minus: 1. Hotel does not clean up the room on Daily basis. I found they did not clean my room on 2nd day when I was back to my room at 7pm. When I complaint they just said I have to request it, but the house keping close at 6pm. No one explain to me upon check in about it. 2. No free mineral water in room 3. Breakfast is very poor. They can't make boiled egg, and the staff said due limited LPG gass. 4. Asking additional charge of around Php 150 when I arrived at 1pm for check in. They said must be exactly at 2pm for check in if I do not want to pay. Will not come back to this hotel

Clean and decent for the price. But I hope the hotel owner or management will do some maintenance with the pint and tables. The hotel is really cozy since I have been staying here when it was still new. But after a year or two, the furnitures and walls need some repairs and refurbishment.

Room 504. Very bad air conditioning. We requested for electric fan. Also, the restaurant staff are very unaccommodating. They act as if they’re not happy that there are customers in their restaurant. Very poor customer service. They don’t smile. They don’t greet. Very different from the staff at the reception / main hotel.

The rooftop view is great. Nice dining/drinking experience. Staff are nice. The best is the zen garden/patio

The room was nice and clean. Me and my husband had a wonderful stay here. Only a few things missing, sana may free bottled water as compliment sa mga guests and yung water sa shower lumakas ng konti para di bitin at matagal ang pagligo.

As always, I had a wonderful stay. I always appreciate that they are ready to assist at anytime, specially with the transportation. You just feel right at home in Chambre Hotel Mactan.

Room was clean. Very near to the airport. They also get us can since we need to go to the airport 3am. Room is also big. We love it

I'm speaking only from what I experienced in this hotel (room 404). The good: crews are polite. Tv is functioning. Have an elevator. Approx. 15 mins from the airport. Hot shower available. The bad: air conditioning is bad. It just takes forever to cool the entire room. The room is clean except for a few strands of hair i've seen on the cushion. Wifi is fast if you are in the corridor but inside my room its nonexistent. I haven't tried their breakfast and dinner services in the rooftop though so cant speak with that. Amenities: two soaps and a shampoo with conditioner. Also two sets of toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall if it wasn't for a weak air conditioning, this hotel is easy to recommend.

this accommodation it was perfect to me, cheap and good, clean and rooftop quite good for view city, modern place and love it, thank you for making my holiday was awesome

Heater didn't work due to little flow of water from the shower. Too bad cannot do a fast shower.

It was value for money. We just needed a place to crash before our flight the next day. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and the staff were available for checking in process and it didn’t took long. The staff were friendly and understood english well. The bathroom was quite small but it was okay. The number of tv channels was a lot though. It took only around 10mins to reach to the Mactan-Cebu Airport.

The place is near the airport. The bedroom is spacious for two persons. It is also clean and we really felt comfy staying there. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.They always smile and greet us, and they have a good command of the English language. The breakfast is delicious! Overall, we loved it! 😊

Very nice and friendly hotel crew from the front desk all the way to the dining area. While there is still more to improve on the exterior aesthetics, the rooms are fully furnished and well thought of in terms of putting just the right amount of functions you need for short-term stays. One thing to improve probably is to provide bottled water inside every room that exhausted guests can readily consume upon arrival. But all in all, we had a very easy and comfortable 2-night stay.

Front desk personnel were not very friendly. The room assigned had a broken lock. We only found out early the next morning that the door could still be opened without a keycard when we were about to leave for breakfast. The room was supposedly good for 3 with breakfast but we were only given breakfast for 2, and the 3rd was charged to us upon checkout. The restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. Limited parking slots (3 to be exact), we had to move the car late night because we had to double park another car.

The room is okay, the staff are not approachable. Lack of facilities.

It is more beautiful than expected. Easy access and accommodating staffs.
