I had the most pleasant stay there! the hotel is super cute, all the staff are friendly, the bedroom is totally clean especially the bathroom! ah I do really love the design !! 🥰 also the lightning room was so perfect to me which is not too dark and not too bright its just perfect !

Citizen Hotel is an artsy and minimalistic-chic hotel! The price of the room is very cheap, but the room is not cheap looking. Though I wish they have room service and a phone in the rooms to contact the main desk, my experience in this hotel is highly satisfactory. I recommend it!

Great place to stay around Poblacion. I like the cozy ambiance of the hotel. The sheets are very clean and comfy. Will share my experience with my friends and definitely will be back soon.

Very much worth the money! Amazing funky interiors, clean room and bathroom, and accommodating staff. Had a really good staycation and it’s in close proximity to lots of great bars and restaurants.

Everything was perfect, except the check in time for international travelers, i would suggest having room ready for people that travel 20+ hours ,so they don't have to wait hours to check in... your staff is the best i ever encountered...i give all the staff a10 for for there professionalism with everything from a to z...... how ever i was disappointed that a tip i was offering was refused. ..i will stay at this hotel again, but only if i am able to tip the staff. ...the staff made my trip to the Philippines and the citizen hotel the best experience ever. .

They charged 500 pesos for a mini dirt on the bed that will be remove after washing it, I was like so were not allowed to do that even though we paid for the room?

Awesome.. I really enjoyed the bathroom area. The bathtub is darn so good. It was a cute room I've chosen but fascinated with the interior design. I really like it there. Much love! ♥️💕

So terrible thought this hotel are so good like on the photos pictures but it's all fake when I came to stay as fully paid my reservation in seven eleven the room hotel are so dirt and nuisance smell and unfinished hollow pader still construction are on going on !!! dirt floor dirt and movable TV has no channel and no chair and telephone! The water in the showers are clogged!

Room was clean and just had enough space. Some of the staff were nice but some just was not that helpful. The room we stayed in was also close to the main highway so it’s a bit noisy. Though we couldn’t really complain that much since the price was just right for the service they offer. But overall I’d still give it a 7/10. :)

I had a great stay. The hotel is new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. No intercom or phones in the room so I had to go down every time I need something. Wifi was not working on my phone that time but that’s okay. It would’ve been nice to be connected but still ok lang. also you gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub. I did not bring mine so staff offered additional shower gels. It help. Overall. I had an awesome experience with Citizen Hotel. Thank you! 💚

The facility is very new. The smell of paint in the elevator and walk way is pervasive to a suffocating point. The request for a change of towel is surprisingly expensive to the tune of ₱400 per towel. No in room mini fridge and when I request to borrow a bottle opener, I was told they don't have despite that there's a restaurant within the hotel. The staff are great and always smiling.
