Free breakfast included to my purchased but when I ask the staff they do not serve free breakfast. Old place and bit creepy 😱😒

It's an ideal destination for the budget conscious, offering a spacious room with basic provisions (like television, room phone, toiletries, mini rm ref) and the free breakfast is simple but very satisfying. A note to travelers is to stock up on water (there's a water refiling station though) and they follow strictly their 'no smoking in rooms' policy but have designated an accessible smoking area for smokers. It is located within a school, training compound, thus you feel safe and conveniently located near the restaurants, ATM machine for easy cash, convenience store and just a few mins ride away from the big malls, commercial centers in Lapu lapu city.

Gusto namin ung place kasi very affordable and sulit naman. Kaso na stock ako sa bathroom for 20 mins dahil nasira ang doorknob. Inassist naman kami agad ng receptionist, na late lang ng konti ung maintenance siguro, lumusot lang ako sa butas ng pinto kaya ako nakalabas 😂

No tv in rooms, one person for each bed only even if kids only counted as one person already, no consideration. It's really a boarding house for students rather than a hotel.

Spacious room. Buffet breakfast.

The hotel is good at its price. Although the room is budget-friendly, its space and cleanliness do not limit the amount you paid for. What made me more amazed with my stay is the free buffet breakfast from 7-9 AM that best suits to food lovers like me. 😛 Cleverlearn Residences is ideal for travel junkies in a budget. 🙂

Slow internet connection and no TV.

Very relaxing here and staffs are friendly and accommodating. food is ok. rooms are clean and convenient.

Clean and nice food.hotel staff are nice., if have a chance to come and visit again cebu i would love to stay again at Cleaverlearn.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. the location is quiet strategic. Going to Cebu? make sure you guys should book this hotel or whatever you guys call it! Bravo!

Friendly staff, clean and affordable accommodation. Very close to Mactan International Airport.

Our room is clean and it was comfy. Overall it was great.

Had 2 double decks in our room which accommodates 4 guests. Accommodation is okay for its price. Plus there's a buffet breakfast that comes with it. We weren't able to eat though cause we had to check out very early. Aircon is not cool though. But we were so tired and slept in anyway.

Location is far, but its service ill give them a Two thumbs up!

Good for the backpacking, WiFi is too weak while in the room and the comfort room is not so clean.
