浴室發霉, 毛巾竟是濕的, 空調無法遙控, 電源插座太鬆插不住, 沙發髒污灰塵且有螞蟻.

I regret booking in this place, the host was not there to check my family in. I send messages at the time we arrived to the place and he did not answered. It was around 9- 10pm already and my family was so tired from our last trip. I decided to book to another place. The next day, the host at my early booking emailed me. And I told him I have booked already in another place, what I want now is that he refund me of the 3 day booking I paid him. He said, it should be the app where I’ve booked that will pay me back or refund me. So, Hotel.com., when can I have my money back?

This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I stayed for two weeks and had no issues. The Mall of Asia was a 5 minute walk away, getting a ride anywhere else was just a tap on my Grab app, there's a grocery on the first floor, security personnel were always present, staff were always courteous - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! On top of all that, it was less expensive than staying at a hotel. Such a great deal!

Booked the unit for convenience going back and forth to MOA for a couple of days with the wife and 2 kids. The building lobby ambience is excellent including the amenities but the unit itself is quite poorly maintained. Spider webs on the ceiling, cable tv not functioning, bed matresses are worn out to a point it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on abd a lot more minor stuff

Property Guard not accomodating.

worse experience ever, the condo has no parking space, the lobby people are not helpful, the room is cockroach infested and throughout the building...it should be condemn...they charge P150.00 each for the use of the pool.

No toilet tissue; soap, nor shampoo.

Cockroaches left, right, and centre. Our booking said 4 people, but only 2 single blankets and 2 towels were provided. We would message our host throughout our stay, but received no response until she called us AFTER we checked out. If you were staying overnight to get to the airport, then it’s a great place in terms of location and having a bed, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to families wishing to spend a couple days in Manila.

I like the view of the pool. The property are clean except of the cockroaches in the kitchen mostly in the cabinet.

It is closed to the shopping center. Bad side shower no hot water, found small roaches staff is not friendly, check in waiting for almost 3 hrs. It was not good experience to stay this property.

The property was in very bad condition, did not have the amenities advertised, and was dirty. We had to clean cockroaches out of the cupboards and hairs from the floor etc. The bedding was old and threadbare. The shower was hanging off the wall and sparing water everywhere. The apartment is in real need of renovation, though cleaning would be a start. The floor this apartment was on was also a constant mess, with cockroaches in the hallway. Not a good experience.

The owner was not there when I arrived. I finally got in the condo after about 2 hours. The bathroom had a STAINED/MILDEW in the ceiling from a condo leak above from their toilet and shower area. Shower head is MILDEWED and shower pipe dropped on me while showering because of loose screw. The soap holders and RUSTED/MILDEWED. A HEALTH HAZARD BATHROOM. Rattan chair in balcony have a damaged seat like a toilet seat. Wall clock is dead. NOT RECOMMENDED until owner fix it.

The service was awful. Really awful. Some of The cupboard are spoiled. There are cockroaches as well . The gym and The pool is exclusive only for the Owner but if you are a guest you must pay for 150 per person

The balcony has a good view to the pool and te area is close to the mall and shops.But other than that the tv keeps on no signal and internet wasnt available, no extra towels, no extra blanket, no extra toilet roll and complimentary soap or even coffee.
