Express Inn - Mactan Hotel

Maganda ang room and cr, Comfortable naman pag matutulog, maligo at manood ng tv. Di ko lang expect na paloob pala siya pero sulit naman. Matagal lang ang breakfast pero masarap naman. :)

for the duration of our stay their restaurant was only open for approximately 4 or 5 hrs. hotel has poor maintenance and staff were minimal (only 2 were visible to the guests, not sure if there are other hotel staff we didn't see). location is scary as it's in an alley that's really dark at night although it is quite near mactan airport. overall 6/10

Good and easy to go in the airport.

despite being less 30mins from the airport, when I arrived I was hungry and looking forward to eat in their canteen, but it was close. convenient stores or fast food chain are 10-15mins walk away, to go around one must ride a tricycle which will cost you P50. the room though is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. linens are new.

Express Inn Mactan is located at Guba Street, Pajo District, Lapu-lapu City through Humay-humay Road. We chose this place because of Traveloka which made the inn affordable and the place's proximity to Mactan-Cebu International Airport. This inn is estimate 2 km away from the airport in case one is looking for a nearest place to stay in. We stayed here for a night because our flight bound for Puerto Princesa was scheduled early in the morning. Generally, the place is good for a night stay. The room was cozy and spacious enough for the two of us. There was also one unit of LED TV and strong wifi connection for entertainment. The bathroom was likewise a comfy place. What was nice inside was the rain-type shower with a functional heater. Nevertheless, the place is situated in an area that a transport vehicle has to enter a small road going to this inn. Also, I remembered the first time I logged in the wifi. I tried several times before I got the connection, but like I said, it was worth the try because I had a strong internet access after. Over-all, I rate this place 4 out of 5. Thus, I highly recommend this place for it is affordable and cozy.

Good if you just need to rest since it is affordable and near airport. Almost 10 minutes only to get to airport without traffic. Restroom doesn’t have faucet at shower area. You may always request for a dipper, if needed. But, there is a very limited choices of foods, only 3 options: ham, chicken hot dog and sausage. I’d rather have a Cebu native foods. Restaurant also doesn’t have a good smell. Located inside a two way small road. Overall, if you just need to rest, this is a good place to stay.

It was an affordable place for an overnight stay. The staff were all accommodating but could try smiling more often especially those assigned at the front office. 😊 Food is delicious, although quite pricey. Still, it was worth it.

My stay with Express Inn was kind of okay, the room is a little bit dirty, the telephone is not working, the air conditioner doesn't cool.

The window aircon unit from above my room was dripping water to my unit. The dripping sound at night was so annoying that I cannot sleep thoughout the night at all. I will never visit any express inn anymore.

Place is not accessible to nearby malls and restaurant. Wifi/Internet access has a poor signal.

I would recommend this hotel because of the location. Just walking distance to Tamiya.

Yung comfort room, walang basahan kaya basa halos sa labas but overall, we are satisfied naman.

This wasn’t my first time in Express Inn Mactan. I was satisfied then, I’m still satisfied now. Location near the airport and the Pueblo Verde Outlets. Will definitely come here if I’m in Cebu.

Cemented floors and no proper ventilation in rooms. Ok for a night's stay only.

The staff (girl) at the front desk at night is not so accommodating.

Simple place. With the basic needs for 1 night stay.

Everything was good. Room is clean.

The place looks and feels clean, just few things peculiar: no bidet in the CR, no free food delivery if you want breakfast served in-room (they charge P50); no ample cable TV channels to choose nor is the reception of some of the channels good although their TV looks new. On a lighter side, their staff and security guard are courteous and friendly.

Thank you Express Inn. Staff specially the fellow at the front desk he is very helpful kind and attentive to the needs of his customers. We checked in September 2. The place was good value for money and the restaurant is just there
