Very nice clean decorated hotel with an excellent cafeteria with a lot of choices to eat. Excellent service with very helpful staff with always a smile on their face and checking all the time if you needed anything. We found this hotel the most convenient and affordable and with excellent service from the staff.

位置: 雖然離dmall算是近, 但是再巷弄深處, 實際走起來很耗時間, 外面馬路還在整修走路很辛苦
清潔: 入住第一天發現床罩整組是沒有更換過的, 抱枕上有明顯的血跡, 床單上有油漬與沙子, 洗髮精罐子上也有上一位使用者的痕跡..... 反應後有派人更換整套床單, 但沒有換房間或額外補償, 印象非常差
服務: 整體服務人員大多很好
硬體設施: 飯店很新, 但地板不平整, 房間訂邊間的加大套房, 但是看不到海景(示意圖窗景有海), 最擾人的是每分鐘內都有機器或是馬達運轉的聲音, 從早到晚
整體而言, 這樣的硬體條件房價太貴, 差一些價格就能住Hannan, 下次不會考慮這裡, 但會回來用餐

Service from all staffs are excellent. Just didn’t approve of housekeeping staff going into room when not requested. Not their fault, but I’m not messy, so I don’t need daily cleaning, and also because sometimes I leave things lying around. All good, otherwise.

This hotel is a hidden gem, some of the best service i’ve had at any hotel. They provide ice that they will deliver to your door as well as other necessities. Very close to both beaches, and good area with great food spots and nightlife.
