1. 我入住期間電視機一直壞著，雖然我要求維修，但始終沒修好，我也沒辦法看電視。 2. 房間不是每天都打掃。

Excellent location - accessible to Araneta city. Not too new facilities but well-maintained. For the price and what I got, can’t complain. Would surely stay here again

2nd time ko na magbook dito. Ang laki ng room at napaka helpful and accommodating pa ng mga staff. We have 5 big luggages and they helped us hanggang sa room namin.. Got a little problem lang sa pag check in, parang di pa marunong yung isang receptionist. Di ma locate yung booking namin sa traveloka, eh binook ko na ito A month ago pa. I think dito nako palagi magccheck in. Lalo pag umuuwi kuya ko from SA and the fact na malapit din siya sa Gateway, Araneta, Farmers and sa Bicol Isarog Bus Terminal para makauwi kami Bicol. 😅 PLUS ANG SARAP NG BREAKFAST NILA. Kaya lagi kami nag aavail. Hahahaha

Good to stay if you need to go out during day. Good internet.

The service in this hotel is very poor. We asked for housekeeping to clean our room. We waited for 5 or 6 hours before the housekeeping arrived. We asked for plates and glass to our suprised the receptionist told us to go down and get the plates and glass.

I had a good stay. The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to requests or questions. The food was good and the room was comfortable.

Great location - within walking distance to Cubao bus port and Ali Mall. Room was comfortable and there was refillable drinking water.

Room was clean and big. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was safe.

Not good as we expected. The room is a squash and a squeeze. The furnitures are too old. They don't provide kettle in the room and needs to request room service just to have hot coffee. Service was polite but too delayed. There were no utensils available because they said the pantry was closed already. The reception area is neat though and the receptionist is accommodating and friendly.

Great place to stay as it is accessible and walking distance from Araneta Center. The room is spacious, lots to move around. You'll have lots of privacy as the area is quiet.

except for the friendly staff and good location, I can't compliment anything the shower head is leaking, I ask to be fixed and it's still the same when I go back to the room

overall, housekeeping is very friendly, breakfast is not buffet, but we have to choose 1 portion of food which for me is kinda small portion. the taste is kinda plain, I order for sunny side up egg and get broken egg - the room is clean, - standard facility, - location is good, I didn't expect much, all I can say everything is very standard

It was a nice stay for an old hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and definitely I will be glad to stay again soon.

This hotel is in good location but the service is not good. We stay their for 2 nights and never clean the room even we put outside the door to make up room.

I booked a deluxe room with free breakfast for one night.. the staff is very accommodating. but when I go to enter to the hotel room so small and specially the bathroom, the toilet bowl so near to the wall you cant use the bathroom with comfortable because small space. that's only the problem..
