Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Parks

I booked for a 3 bedroom villa good for 6 pax, my friends and I will be coming from different places so I typed all our names in the guest list so whoever comes first could check in for everybody. Unfortunately, only one name was printed in full in the voucher and the rest has been shortened. I arrived around 3 pm and since I was the one who booked and paid for the villa, I checked in for everyone and I also made the deposit using my credit card. But the reservations staff would not like to accept my ID because my name was not printed in full in the voucher so they are looking for my companion whose name was fortunately printed in full. I explained that I was the one who booked and paid for the reservation under my Traveloka account and I even gave my credit card for deposit that's why I could not understand why they don't want to check me in and still looking for my companion with the name printed in full in the voucher. It took us more that 30 minutes to wait and discuss about this nonsense thing. It's very disappointing for a guest who came from abroad and and be treated like this by the hotel staff with no common sense! Then finally, we were allowed to check in, upon seeing the 3 bedroom villa, we were all disappointed. The villa looks so old, the furniture are so dirty, the TV and refrigerator are outdated, the interior paint is faded. Provided that there's a kitchen but there's no cooking ware, plates and utensils at all. Some lights are not working and no towels provided unless you call their office to request for all you need. It's not worth the price we paid for the kind of accommodation and service that we got. We will never book and stay here again! Very disgusting!

We stayed overnight at Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Parks last March 24/25 and I think it was great. The facilities are a bit old already and some sections are already closed but overall, since we don't really need to go to those sections of the hotel so it still met our expectations. We have 3 kids with us (2 1-year old and 1 6-year old and they are so nice and gave us free breakfast buffet for the 3 kids). We also mentioned that we have senior citizens with us and the hotel gave us a villa just across the building where the main reception is situation. We enjoyed the hot pool for the kids which is free access for checked-in guests. We also went to Fontan water park and the kids really enjoyed it though the water was so cold so we did not stay long. The villa we stayed overnight was a bit old but still ok and was nice and comfy. I would recommended this to other guests. :)

It was fun stay, bonding with friends at a great accommodation.

No hot water, slow check in service

Haven't got a chance to roam around the whole area because of our limited time. But their service is great, though constructions and renovations are happening everywhere in different areas. Casino is closed that time we stayed. Elevators not working. The hard to maintain carpet flooring starts to smell bad because of low ventilation. Room temperature maintained just cool enough, aircon's need cleaning or improvement. But overall, we had a good overnight stay.
