Property was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The views were spectacular. The property owners are excellent communicators and accommodating. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in the BGC area.

I love the location of this property. So close to all shopping areas. Safe neighborhood. This condo has the best view of the city coz it’s on the 23rd floor. The AC is in good condition as it kept the place cool & comfortable specially with Manila’s weather. The place was free of cockroaches! It is reasonably clean. But the toilet seat could be a little cleaner. Water pressure was acceptable. But water heater in the shower didn’t get the water temp warmer as we wanted it to be. The bedrooms were good size. The bed frame was squeaky with every turn & toss I made it woke up my mom. But the mattress was comfortable. Sheets were clean. The kitchen was good, properly equipped with utensils for basic cooking. Although I didn’t really cook. Just toasted a slice of bread on the skillet. Maybe a basic toaster could be added. The refrigerator is a perfect size. Was provided with dish soap, but maybe a brand new dish sponge would be better. I replaced the dish soap as I used it all up. The place was clean and comfortable. The only downside was it had stairs to the rooms. Not suitable for my elderly mom to go up & down. I informed the property owner regarding busted lights & slow to drain sink on the second floor bathroom. But since it was a weekend it wasn’t fixed right away. Not a big deal. But the owner responded quickly. The staff of the building were courteous & attentive specially the lady guards. Highly recommended place to stay in BGC area!!!
